First visit never again
Ate at Lakeside with my grand daughter - food greasy and over priced. Drinks refillable but expensive and tasted like fizzy water when I complained it took ages for Manager to come and sort - shexwas very pleasant and tried hard but clearly under staffed. Won't be using this chain again

To confirm, our burgers are cooked well done and juicy only, the standard American way. The recipe for our Freestyle machine drinks is automatically mixed, as such, we do not have the access to water them down.
Our prices are what they are as we pride ourselves on the quality of our food. We use only fresh and premium ingredients, which are hand prepared each morning by our crew, to ensure a high quality product. We don't have any freezers in our stores and everything is cooked to order.
