Maidstone branch.
I found a hair in my burger and asked for a new burger. I was told no, because apparently I had put the hair inside? It was a long brown hair from the young lady serving the food. I have extremely short hair. I had one bit from the burger and noticed it. Yet they refused and acted like I had planted a hair to gain another free burger? Like really?
This was my first time EVER visiting this branch, and I will certainly never go back. I contacted customer services 4 months ago, and since, I have had NOTHING back.
So my experience of the staff, store and customer services is extremely poor and we have decided to avoid this food chain as they do NOT like their customers. Clearly.
