A 5-year-old child urgently needed to use the toilet while we were in central London, but we couldn't find any public facilities nearby. The staff at this establishment refused to let the child use their toilet unless we made a purchase.

Is this really how your business operates? Refusing a young child access to a restroom just to make money? I would not recommend the Piccadilly Circus Five Guys, as they show no respect for basic human decency.

I'm appalled that in 2024, businesses would essentially charge someone to use the restroom, especially when a child is in urgent need.

Burger was okay but i didn't get the fries i paid for. Never noticed on being handed the bag and when mentioned later was told i needed to have noticed when they gave me the bag.

After spending £35 on burgers in Piccadilly store on burgers, chips and a milkshake, I asked for some tap water. I was offered a tiny paper cup and told to queue up again and pay for it! Unbelievable! How callous can a business be? Would you visit a Five Guys again after that?

The service was amazing the team had a great customer service and Martina helped me with my needs , thank you !!!

Ive just been to the 5 Guys at Piccadilly Circus, it was very clean, all the tables wiped spotless, floors and toilets all spotless even though the place was busy. Food is great too.

First and last time. 2 large fries £12.50. Extra Expensive and disgusting fries. Never again. Rip off

I was served today by a staff member called Emmanuel , super super polite and kind. Great customer service asking how my day was. I don’t usually come across nice staff in fast food places however Emmanuel has made my experience coming to five guys Piccadilly a really good one, and I will most definitely be back

We’ve been to Five Guys Piccadilly London for some snacks and we were greeted by a friendly and helpful worker Emmanuel. The foods and drinks was really great. The best thing was the awesome customer service. Will definitely be back to buy more food.

I was served by a young man I believe his name was Emmanuel. Impeccable customer service. A good face for the company all because of his politeness I will be returning and bring more friends along with me.

This is one stop place for best burger in Central London
The place is quite spacious and the staff is friendly and co-operative.
Veg burgers and shakes are of best quality.
Definitely recommend the place

Went in to get a burger chips. Homeless fella asking for food. Security disappeared.

Shameful. Tried Five Guys for the first time. Does it seriously cost £35 for 4 small burgers and 2 small portions of chips??Seriously??

Went to the Piccadilly Circus one and they had the most friendly staff I've ever met. from the man at the door directing you where to go, to the servers, to the people who were doing the clearing up. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Divine milk shake and good quality burgers but what impressed me most was the attitude of the staff. It made for a much nicer experience. Keep it up guys!
