Not up to scratch.
Staff very polite, enthusiastic and hardworking. Car park festooned with litter. Tables and floor inside very dirty. Rubbish bins overflowing. Burgers 6/10. Milkshakes 7/10. Chips 1/10. Value for money and overall experience 4/10.
Sadly, felt ripped-off. 40 odd quid was way OTT for what was more like a trip to a grubby old greasy spoon with pretty posters on the wall.
Shocking that this business is still around
Over priced and says on the door it closes at midnight but by their own rules they closing at 11 - rip off and kick
u out at 11 and cant sit and eat your food

if i could score lower i would went to poole 5 gys first and last visit no welcome ordered cheeseburger and fries and toasted cheese sandwich £26 .40 what a rip off the cheese sandwich had no cheese in it as burger cheese is not proper cheese and to pay nearly £6 for a bun with one slice of faked cheese is absolutely disgusting as for the burger it was squashed in a tin foil wrapper and chips were thrown in bag and had the privalige of paying nearly £12 we had one drink ad tota lof our meal was £26.40 for 5 guys to say they are a gourmet burger restaurant is a utter joke makes mc donalds look like a five star dining

Not worth the money
The food was average at best, although the milkshakes was ok. The staff were decent as well but the issue was the price, over £45 for two burgers, two fries and 2 milkshakes. I wouldn’t mind if it was really great food but it simply wasn’t. Burger King would have been under half the price and to be fair tasted better. I won’t be returning to five guys and they really need a reality check for their ridiculous prices. Avoid.

Polite young chap
There was an employee called Ciro who served me down in Poole and he was very enthusiastic and very welcoming when I entered the establishment, very polite young man, a raise would do him quite well!

I ordered a small hamburger with ketchup and it was the best thing I've had,I thought McDonald's was good but then I
tried my first 5 guys burger and I was shocked at how amazing it was. I thought 7 pound was expensive for 1 burger but it was worth every penny. Also very fresh and five guys is my new favourite fast food chain after 1 time of trying it so that's how great it is so I highly recommend

Tower Park Five Guys Top Burgers
Tower Park Five Guys , expensive ? Yes , tasty? Yes value ? Has to be the best burger and chips l’ve ever had in the UK and surpasses many in the USA
A treat and I’ll certainly be a regular
Total rip off. Never ever again.
Five Guys at Tower Park, Poole. That's my first and last visit ever to this awful chain. What a rip off.
My burger bread was soggy as hell and tiny. It was smaller than a McDonalds cheeseburger bread roll and was the cheapest bread I've had in a long time. There is no way these burgers are worth £11. Seriously, at the most it's a £3 burger. The UK public need to stop supporting these profiteering burger mongers. I hope they close down.
