Stopped to buy the new Winnersh Five Guys to buy a little cheeseburger and chips for my two grandsons & a milkshake - £40 - chips were mediocre and enough for six people -the eight year old didn’t eat the burger as he didn’t like it - I will not being popping in here again
I went in the Oracle to buy a £1,200 iPhone. My husband decided he fancied a burger (so worried we had to take our dog 🐕 now allowed in the Oracle) we perched at the entrance end table one foot away from the open plan entry point. All the staff noticed us so we sat down. The restaurant was quite empty 4pm. We ordered 2 burgers and chips and a coke £30. After 30 minutes (never moving) it arrived so we opened the bag to enjoy. Just then the manageress shouted across to us (from behind the counter) to leave. As the burgers are quite messy, the chips were spread out (with vinegar) I thought she was talking to someone behind me !!!! No it was us. I said I agree about the dog situation but you didn’t say a word before we ordered our food. £30 later !! Now you are asking us to pack up and leave so this mess will all now be cold. And we have to eat it in the street !!! Now she has threatened security. !!! Well that is the first time in my life aged 68 I have been kicked out of a restaurant and believe it or not the first burger I have ever ordered because I hate them. How unprofessional of the Manager not to come to our table and politely say we had to leave, before we ordered £30 worth of food and waited the 30 minutes. Hugo was fast asleep he is so well behaved. To the 2 security guys who came up looking for 2 thugs !!! We won’t be coming back not even if you get Five Guys.

To confirm, we do not add any seasoning to our burgers as a standard. The flavour comes from the juices of the meat itself, as the patties are cooked well done and juicy.
