The entire restaurant alone is a joke, you have barely any items on the menu and they regulate between toppings on a burger and a hot dog, 3 hamburgers a regular fries and a bottled water cost £40. This is seriously a waste of money. Honestly don't even enter such places that make you pay so much for pigs food. Every other fast food restaurant makes millions because they are cheaper and their food is good.

Outrageously bad service, delivery was changed 4 times and then cancelled! The woman in the Richmond branch answered the phone was so unbelievably rude and indifferent.

Dreadful experience. Food just ok, tepid chips. Service was ok, as it was my first visit, I was given no help when ordering, as we were the only ones in the shop I would have thought the girl serving could have been more helpful. The wirst thing for us was how dirty the floors were and tables sticky. Never again.

We ordered out for delivery from Richmond to Sheen. The fries were ok, as normal. The bacon burgers seemed very small and smushed. My son said not good. My grilled cheese - laughable. It was a bun with cheese. Tiny. The bill was £100 for 5 sandwiches, 3 fries, and 4 shakes. OMG.

So bad I was on way home and needed some food I have never eaten food in five guys service was so bad order cheesbuger and little fries and milkshake had to 15 minutes for milkshake that was so sweet it was like eating pure sugar and the cheeseburger was not hot and no flavour and the cheeses was horrible little fries had so much. salt on the them I could not eat them all I will never eat there again so bad poor service and really bad food for £18.20 so bad so disappointing.

Richmond branch have staff who really do believe speaking to customers is beneath them, Tom their Manager is horrendously rude and the food was literally swimming in grease. Utterly inedible.
