Burgers are tasty but everything is just too overpriced for a fast food place where you go order at the counter and pick up your food. Over £5 for a portion of chips!

Absolutely amazing burgers their smashed juicy flavourful delights may take a while but it is worth it. Fries are amazing top tip ask for a bit less salt. Must eat

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service! I used a store in Sheffield Centre a couple of weeks ago, and the bread was dry - almost stale and the drink I got (I tried both machines) was just soda water. I complained to customer service, and was essentially told that I was lying, and no apology or recompense was offered. I aske to escalate the complaint and they refused, and have just ignored any further communication from me. I will NEVER go to a Five Guys again!

Served a raw burger to my five year old…
Served a raw burger to my five year old grand daughter. Please make sure your burgers are cooked this could have been a disaster had I not noticed. Was offered a replacement or free milkshake a refund for the garbage served would have been better.

My son persuaded me to try five guys.
My son persuaded me to try five guys for the first time today. So as we were in town already , we went in to the eatery Sheffield moor.
I spent £45 on 3 cheese burgers, large portion of fries and 2 drinks.
We brought our food home and tucked in.
The drinks were flat. Not fizzy at all.
The fries were average.
The burgers was really nice.
After I took my second bite,I saw a black hair hanging from the cheese.
I was pissed, as I showed my son and wrapped the burger up before throwing it in the bin.
So disappointed after spending so much on burger n fries.
Completely put off, first and last time.

Extremely overpriced
Cost almost £50 for 2 burgers, fries and drinks. Burger was okay, nothing special, but the fries were extremely salty. We couldn't eat them, told the staff and they're reply was that's how they make them and offered to sell us some more?..
Could have had a proper sit down restaurant dinner for that price.
