Not Edible. Extremely dissapointed!

We ordered what was supposed to be an enjoyable New Years treat for our family of four, but what was delivered could only be described as inedible. Firstly, all the the chips were cold, very soggy and limp, and about half of them hadn’t been even cooked properly and were lumpy. Two of the burgers we ordered were without pickles, but there were pickles in them. Because the burgers were all squashed down, the pickle juice had permeated the bun, and again they could not be eaten because of our family member’s dislike of pickles, so they were both binned. For the £72.00 we paid there were only two burgers that were eaten, and they were not particularly enjoyed as again they were all squashed, and the buns had turned into soggy mess, meaning the burgers were removed from those buns, and only the burgers eaten. I feel very cheated, as I don’t find £72.00 that easy to come by, thought I would give my family a rare treat, and our evening ended up being ruined!
