Check your orders!

I wanted a vegan burger and I have been advised to make my own.. But I got cheeseburger at the end. When I asked to cancel it, I have been told that they don’t have vegan burgers! Customer service said to check your orders at the till not when you received it and the staff knows what they are doing.

PS: to reply on your reply. It was not resolved! I didn’t order cheeseburger! And this was an issue!
But I am glad to hear you are sorry!
And I hope your clients can trust you more and not won’t need to check receipts at the tiles what you have been advised!

Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience.

We can confirm that this matter has already been resolved by our internal teams. On this occasion, you ordered a Little Cheeseburger, and received this in your order. The complaint stemmed from confusion on our vegan offerings. The management in St James explained this on the day and followed our customer service standards.

As mentioned, we don't serve vegan burgers at Five Guys. We have a Veggie Sandwich or Grilled Cheese Sandwich available, however no meat-free patties. You can add any of our 15 free toppings to these sandwiches.
