5 guys? More like 1 guy with a lack of enthusiasm for cooking burgers.
Once upon a time you could rely on 5 guys for a succulently moist burger and deliciously crispy fries. Unfortunately what we received in our order was far from those triumphant days. The buns were old, older than time its self and when paired with the driest burger known to mankind, it made for a highly unappetising meal. Fries were colder than the northern most point of the arctic circle where Santa would surely use them as kindling to reheat his disappointing 5 guys order.
Once a great establishment has fallen to laziness and unfortunately this is happening across the board of restaurants in this great country. When myself, a labouring man can cook better than a professional restaurateur, my head hangs heavy.
Thanks for the memories guys. For the 5 stars have left the building.

15 min wait for a burger and fries. Handed over in a paper bag where I watched the lad just throw the food in. When I unwrapped the foil the burgers were literally dripping in fat. I ordered jalapeños, there were 2 slices.
Took one bite and had to spit it out. It was disgusting!!
First time trying FiveGuys. Never again, £16 down the toilet, so annoyed. The whole experience has left me nauseated.

Everything is cooked to order at Five Guys, since we are a casual fast food restaurant. As such, the waiting time will be longer than expected at other brands.
All orders are packaged in our signature brown bag, with foil wrapped burgers to keep the heat and flavour in. The burgers are made well done and juicy - we don't use any additional oils or fat when grilling the patties, as such any clear juice is expected and means the burgers have been cooked to standard.

Burgers did not taste any good
Burgers did not taste any good, it is over priced. It was my first time there but would not go there again. Chips were not tasty as well. I was disappointed.
