As a former employee at Keighley group
I was stuck on the same old machine, with no prospect of advancement.
There were way too many shop floor supervisors, managers, charge hands, and not enough workers.
The place was extremely draconian.
The HR department experienced an unusually high turnover of staff during the six and a half years I worked there.
Workplace bullying was very much in order of the day; management was not very adept at dealing with this, and sided with their favorites.
There is no workplace camaraderie, just cliques & bullies.
Fives would be last on my list of recommendations for employers. There is no shortage of companies in this area offering similar roles for equal or greater pay rates. And I think I can say with confidence that any other of these local employers would be more appreciative of your efforts & exercise their duty of care towards you in the workplace.
