Waited over 4 months for a repair under warranty and they wouldn't return it by mail/courier leaving me to drive 1 and 1/2 hours to collect.
2 months to respond to a negative review! Your reply doesn't really sit with the info I was given by your staff every time I called to chase up the repair. Still 1 star service

Good afternoon Leigh, I'm sorry we were unable to process your warranty as quick as we normal (5-10 working days). Unfortunately there was an issue in aquiring the correct part leading to the delay. With regards to both the delay and the returning of the item to you we were unfortunatly somewhat limited as to what we could offer you as you purchased the item from another company. As a warranty agent we are contracted to repair the tools and deal with them on the basis of a customer dropping them off and collecting them once complete. I'm sorry if you were misinformed on these procedure.
Excellent, honest and professional staff... When DPD delivered £000s of my gear to them by mistake (DPD are truely the worst delivery company in the country) they were honest and professional and called me to let me know and allow me to collect. You might think that this would be obviously, but in todays climet and society in general, it could have been different and I may have lost my livihood because of it. So full shout out to these guys, and thank you very much - highly recommend them.
