Defective products and ZERO customer service
I ordered 6 bottles of Adore hair dye in the shade Royal Navy from this website. When they arrived, the bottles looked normal to me, but inside the product was completely watery and did absolutely NOTHING to my hair. It was clearly defective.
I immediately contacted the company twice by email including video proof about the issue, then even tried reaching out on Instagram... no reply whatsoever. Total silence. I used this exact dye and shade for a couple years now and I never had an issue like that, the product must have been expired, damaged, or simply fake.
I live in Italy so I wasted around €50 including shipping, taxes, and customs fees for useless products and got ignored when I asked for help. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered last week. 50$ for shipping. Still have not received my order. I speak English and from America and don’t know how to get in contact with these people. I email them and no answer. It feels like they just took my money. Not even keeping me updated on shipping or whether or not hair is ready to be sent out.

Still no delivery of my order placed on 13th May, the tracking link from Fedex shows that the order had not even been dispatch, I asked for a refund and have had no response on that for Ordernummer: 265381. Such a shame as i will now have to take the matter further, this is a big waste of my time.

Products arrived damaged
Products arrived damaged. I provided photos and we agreed on a full refund and that I did not have to return the damaged items. You immediately provided the refund but did not refund the shipping cost. You haven’t answered me for 12 days. I have written multiple emails. My order number is 243187. Please fix this immediately.

I have now made two orders from this website, I don’t know why I went the second time because both times they sent my 22" hair while I had ordered 28 ".

I made my order on the 2nd of July, over 2 weeks ago. They charged my bank card immediately. I got the order confirmation and a message saying that my order was shipped the next day, but there hasn't been any updates on the tracking link since that same day. I live in Denmark, so shipping from The Netherlands usually only takes a couple of days. I have tried to contact the company on both their WhatsApp and email asking where my order is. It took pretty long for them to return, but I finally got a response, and the company writes me back in dutch, even though they can see I'm not from there and I'm typing in English. They tell me my package is "missing" so they have started an investigation for the package, which may take up to 15 days. 😢
