Great experience with Alex Wright, from the Billericay branch, when dealing with a transfer of equity. Process was efficient and I was kept well informed throughout

Gayle Fordham dealt with our land registry for my neighbours & I - we highlighted an issue which we needed checking was correct on the paperwork she sent us. We are awaiting on this enquiry to proceed on an another matter. After phone calls & countless emails still no answer after 2 months ! - disgraceful conduct poor service do not use.
I used Donna Duca and I had an awful experience. She never responded to me and was very rude, saying my case was 'not a priority'. In the end, my divorce has taken 6 years to go through with her, when she said it would take 3. Furthermore, FJG Billericay should hire a better receptionist - he blanked me when I greeted him. Overall, I am ashamed with FJG and will never use them again.
We used FJG to do the conveyancing on a property.

Questions from the buyers solicitors having to be answered more than once, due to the sloppy format in which the responses were sent. Very difficult to get to speak to anybody on the phone, and then found the secretary to be antagonistic and full of excuses as to why things had not been done.
I tried to speak to a senior partner without success, was then told by email that I was not a client of the firm, after having dealings with them for over 3 months. This of course just confirmed that my already low opinion of them was correct. Later the same day it was conceded that I was indeed a client, as I am one of the executors of a will, but no apology was forthcoming.
Contracts had to be amended three times before they could be signed due to mistakes and omissions.
The sale of this property is still ongoing, but we have now instructed a new solicitor.
Spent £4k on the start of my divorce and obtained absolutely nothing for that money.
