I've been trying to get an answer to my question for three weeks now, and they're not responding.
I send another message using a different email address, and they do respond because the new email address isn't known, so they're not a customer yet. I indicate in the email that I'll wait two weeks for a message, and they come up with an excuse: "We'll get right on it." Another week goes by, and there's no response.
They're just scammers.
I ordered the wrong one; I needed a different one, so I want to return it and order the correct one.

Ordered a set of FK hardness adjustable coilovers for an audi a3, had no problems, every question given too support was answered. These are my first coilovers so I can’t talk too much about quality but everything looks fine. Ordered 05-10 recieved 05-20 to LT

Wth I spent good and was told by website 5-9 days shipping well it's 11 days and it's not even gd shipped yet and no way to contact someone DONT ORDER FROM THEM they only scam OMG I just found $300 in pizza charges done by the company AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered April 1 email stated delivery was made today- no delivery and impossible to contact this company. Filed a dispute with my bank!

I’ve ordered a personal toy from FK shopping & paid £60 however I have since learnt that they have a rate of only 2.7/100 for being reliable so it looks like I wont get my purchase & you now cant get onto their website or contact them in any way

Rubbish toys. Purchased a vibrator and it lasted 3 months. Company would not replace or repair. Poor customer service given we have looked after this toy very well from new. Will not be back!

Never received my item. Their tracker says it was delivered 9/16, but I was home all day and I have cameras. There were no deliveries. I've sent messages, they have not replied.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, bought some seats and chose DHL delivery, without my consent they changed it to fedex and charged me extra money I didn't agree to! When I contacted them they said I chose fedex even though my email confirmation said DHL! They said they wouldn't change it but I could cancel the order, I agreed to cancel but they went on to ship the item anyway- or so I thought! The tracking information said the sender had cancelled the shipment so I emailed to ask what was happening and they provided me with another tracking number. Fedex emailed me saying my delivery date was the 3/3/21 but today (6/3/21) still no order has been received! The company still hasn't responded to any of my complaints.

I regret ever ordering from fk and I will never buy anything from them again! They are the most untrustworthy business iv ever encountered, theft, slow/late dispatch and failed delivery, my advice would be to buy elsewhere.

Phone chargers paid for, never arrived. This company is obviously fraudulent and are scam artists

Placed order in August 2020 still no merchandise After several emails and my bank calling them still nothing. I have filed with the authorities and they will be investigating. These people took advantage during the pandemic. They should be ashamed. DO NOT buy from them.

This Company is a scam - even though they have a location in FL the goods come from China.
I placed an order 8/20/20 - have never rec'd. Called them 9/20 - 10/1 - 11/6 - each time I was told product was on the way. Finally on 12/3 filed a dispute with my credit card company - won the dispute and got a credit within the last few days. FK actually asked me to withdraw the complaint which I ignored. Do not do business with them - they are a scam.

placed order 17/8/20 contacted 19/10/20 again 20/11/20 and still waiting for delivery stay well clear of this crooked company once they have your money they are not interested I gave them 1 star as I couldn't give them -10

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered goods on 8th August and they have never arrived. For the first couple of months they replied saying they were on their way. Now they don’t bother replying at all. 5 months in, I am £50 down and have no goods

No product, but money did disappear from account. No communication of anysort, tried to contact, but still silence.
