Order Not Received
On 12/31/2024, I placed an order with The Flagpole Store for a 25' Architectural Series flagpole (clear anodized) and four 4' x 6' American flags, totaling approximately $3,200. As of February 2026, I have not received any of these items.
Over the past year, I contacted The Flagpole Store multiple times. For instance, I was told there were delays (including “anodizing delay” and the that the order was “sitting on a dock”) and that shipment was forthcoming with updates to follow. Those updates did not occur, and the items were not delivered.
After almost a year of waiting for the order and numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve this directly, I submitted a formal demand requesting either delivery of the products or a full refund. The company acknowledged receipt of the letter but, to date, has not provided the products or a refund.
I am sharing my experience so others can make informed purchasing decisions. In my opinion, The Flagpole Store has handled this poorly.
