I am new to the platform and initially built a portfolio example online. The Flagstone team then contacted me via email to ensure I had all the necessary information before proceeding with my application. There was no pressure or constant calls, just one email and a pleasant phone call to introduce themselves.
I have now opened an account and the platform is very easy to use and straightforward. I also contacted customer services to discuss opening a joint account alongside my individual account and found them very helpful.
Very happy with the service so far. The platform is very promising and provides excellent visibility of your money, including the average interest rate being achieved across your overall savings.

took ages to get my account opened for no obvious reason, but once opened, seems to have been smooth and easy. I did email about it and they couldn't really understand why either - polite but left me no clearer. although still better than experiences with other banks
