Could be better
The platform is acceptable but could be significantly improved to make it easier to transfer funds between providers.
The current rates are poor compared to what can be achieved on other platforms.

For a couple of hours
For a couple of hours, we kept trying to transfer money using our laptop and the internet. But we found this impossible. There was no provision of an opportunity to consent each individual bank's T & S despite downloading pdfs and reading through 20-odd pages looking for clues of how to give consent. The Flagstone FAQ was useless at answering our question about how to consent T&S. One response suggested that Flagstone might need to approve our application without specifying a reason. Finally, we stumbled upon the solution when we realised there was a Flagstone app which we had not been directed to. We downloaded the app on our phone. It allowed us to give consent.

Short to medium term cash deposits
I had a fairly substantial sum to invest in short to medium term savings accounts following the sale of my property last September 2025. Therefore, using your platform enabled me to look out for different products that suited me.
