It's a complete dump. Poor value for money, bad and damaged rides - thankfully it's closed
Save your money, this is a total and complete con of a "theme park". There's almost nothing there. They've permanently shut down 4 of their best rides and replaced them with a bog standard waltzer whose cars don't even spin that much. Other rides that were supposed to be open were shut when we visited (eg bumper cars), staff were miserable almost resigned to their fate, the wifi wasn't working, half the food outlets were closed. The place literally is a disaster area and yet they're still producing leaflets advertising the "best day of the week" and showcasing at least one ride that is no longer operational.
To be fair the website does advise that 4 rides have closed but even at the reduced price of £15 per person (£60 for a family of 4 plus £1.25 booking fee) the cost is daylight robbery. Best day of the week my foot. Makes the Willy Wonka experience in Glasgow earlier this year look like a cracking day out. Seriously, this place is going under. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Used to be good, going downhill. They are closing down all of their best rides, reasons unknown! I expect this will affect their customer base dramatically. I had a trip planned to go there but it was cancelled due to this, I can say without a doubt others have done the same. Flambards was never huge, so they don't have much left now! Don't know what they will do to keep customers visiting, but it better be something dramatic or the lack of customers will end up closing the place down naturally.
