I ordered 12 blinking New Year's Eve…
I ordered 12 blinking New Year's Eve tiaras. They arrived timely, but 4 (25%) out of the 12 did not work. 3 pink and 1blue one didn't work. That's a 25% loss. That is not acceptable. I want either 4 working tiaras or reimbursement.
