My name is Arti and I joined the Albanian May 2026 trip. I was apprehensive at first since it was my first flashback. After the trip I must say I had a great adventure and made some new friends. Our g... See more

Craving adventure but your friends are too busy to join? I’ve been there. In my 30s, I wanted to travel but everyone around me was settling down. Every group trip I found felt too young, too old, or just not me. I wanted to go solo without feeling alone. That’s why I started Flash Pack: to bring like-minded people together for epic, feel-good adventures around the world. We create premium social adventures for solo travelers in their 30s, 40s and 50s. 90% of people join solo, and everyone’s at a similar life stage. Our groups are capped at 16 - no coach-loads, ever. The experiences are things you couldn’t easily do alone, like glamping in converted Land Rovers on the Serengeti or sailing to a secret island in the Philippines with a private chef. Each trip features handpicked, stylish hotels - from rooftop pools to off-grid jungle lodges. Our local guides are the best you’ll meet: warm, expert, and brilliant at building group chemistry. And unlike other group travel companies, everything’s included - so all you have to do is show up. I hope you’ll join us. – Radha Vyas, Co-founder of Flash Pack

Third Flashpack trip and I'll be back
This was my third Flashpack trip and I'll be back for more. Our guide Tom Nguyen was the absolute BEST. Calm, intuitive, informed, fun and connected.
This was the most amazing experience
This was the most amazing experience! Everything was planned and organised impeccably. The pack leader was just incredible, I felt safe and looked after every step of the way without feeling too controlled. Yohan gave us options and helped us to do our own thing when we had free time. The activities and accommodation were very special and felt exclusive. It did not feel like a tour guide/group type of travel experience, rather a travelling family, personal and personalised. I will definitely be using Flashpack again!
First time in Vietnam!
It was my first time with this travel company and my first time visiting Southeast Asia. Vietnam is a fascinating country with lots of things to see and do.
I was amazed at how much was packed into our adventure: walking around city streets and alleyways, spending time on a cruise ship, kayaking in a UNESCO world heritage site, cycling through farmlands, boating along rivers, riding on Vespas in urban landscapes, learning about pottery, weaving, lantern making, folding spring rolls and eating an incredible variety of Vietnamese food in abundance! And best of all, spending time with a bunch of lovely individuals from various parts of the world.
Tom Nguyen, our Pack leader was a superb guide and is a wonderful human being. He was always there for us, reassuring us along the way and explaining everything in detail and answering whatever questions we had.
Overall, it was a five out of five experience!
Vietnam/Cambodia
Our Vietnam pack leader, Hai, was a 10/10. He was personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and went out of his way to make sure everyone had a good time and had what they needed at all times. He also rearranged the schedule to ensure that we were able to enjoy our full itinerary and avoid typhoons as they rolled in. Vietnam was an incredible experience--beautiful country, people, food, history!
However, Flash Pack has some work to do with it's Cambodia offering, including it's pack leaders. The experience was still rewarding, but that was down to the country itself. I knocked one star off of this review because of Cambodia, not Vietnam. I'd recommend just doing the Vietnam version of this experience until Flash Pack makes improvements.

One Epic Trip, Countless Memories, Lifelong Friendships
Traveling 24 hours from Boston to the Philippines to meet eight total strangers? Yep… I officially signed up for “what could possibly go wrong” in the most chaotic way. I’d been waiting for the “perfect time” or the “right crew,” but I finally said, nope—let’s just go.
And wow… it completely blew my expectations out of the water.
Being 36 and paired with a total stranger as a roommate? Panic mode: activated. Plot twist: she’s basically the sister I didn’t know I needed even when I couldn't understand half the things she said in the beginning. We’re already plotting our next adventure (our room will absolutely remain the epicenter of chaos—and yes, the whole crew is invited). I met people who instantly felt like forever friends, and saying goodbye after 12 days? Brutal. My heart—and my breakfast table—has been lonely ever since.
Our group was remarkable—completely different personalities, yet somehow perfectly in sync. Beach hangs, jungle pool time in a monsoon, biking to a cave where only the BoYz were allowed in (rude), crafting mango bangos with exceptionally generous pours (I may have contributed to the excess and some people's hangovers- sorry!), teaching some folks not to eat mango skin, collecting seashells, the birth of Bernard the octopus, stargazing, Zeebras, hammocking, group meals—every moment was full of laughter and connection.
ATVs, kayaking, stunning beaches, peer-pressured rum or tequila shots, boat days—every adventure was richer because we shared it together.
And Rupert, our pack leader—absolute Legend & Rockstar. Calm, kind, unshakable, even when an uninvited typhoon named Wilma (total interloper) tried to derail our plans. He had Plan B through Z ready at all times, making sure everyone felt seen, cared for, and included. Always smiling, laughing, and joking, with a warmth that made everyone feel instantly at ease, he’s a local hero in the Philippines. Even after late nights, he was up early and ready to go with a smile, making sure everyone’s plans—flights, extra shots, whatever—were sorted. His drone shots and photos let us fully relax in the moment while creating epic memories to look back on forever. I miss his debriefs—they were so endearing, and now I feel a little lost without them. Sorry, Rupert, for bringing chaos to your zen and detox plans. I’d follow this man anywhere. RUPERT IS AMAZING. ONLY GOOD VIBES WITH THIS GUY! ROCKSTAR AND LEGEND.
This trip reminded me that the best adventures—and the best people—show up when you least expect them <3
Vietnam & Cambodia - unforgettable trip
This was my second Flash Pack trip, this time to Vietnam and Cambodia. My first was to Montenegro and Albania.
These trips are fast-paced, especially if you want to cover a lot in a short window. This is the way I’m used to travelling, and upon reading the itinerary I knew exactly what I was letting myself in for. Be prepared for early morning starts, and sometimes staying in a different hotel for three consecutive nights, but this is clearly shown in the itinerary.
From the moment I arrived, everything was taken care of, which felt so refreshing for a change, having the planning taken out of my hands. You really rely on the guide for every bit of information, and our guides, Hai Le (Vietnam) and James (Cambodia), did not fail. Both James and Hai Le were passionate about their country and its history, and you could really feel the pride they had in showing us around.
Side note: Cambodian water doesn’t always sit right with a Western stomach, so my tip is to take charcoal tablets, you’ll thank me later.
I loved Vietnam from start to finish. The north and south have so much to offer, so much so that I ran out of room in my suitcase. Hai Le even offered to carry some of my newly bought items in his suitcase when we flew domestically to our next destination.
Hai Le was like the dad of the tour. His patience and attention to detail meant no stone was left unturned. I’m not used to cycling and needed more padding, look no further, Hai Le came up with a DIY cushion!
Vietnam highlights
• Having tailored clothes made overnight in Hoi An
• The food, OMG, so tasty
• Night-time Vespa trip through Saigon
• Ha Long Bay: the views and the rooms were perfect
• Shooting an AK-47 at the Cu Chi tunnel excursion
Cambodia highlights
• Learning about the history and the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh, including visiting the Killing Fields (not for the faint-hearted)
• Viewing Angkor Wat at sunrise and exploring the grounds
• Siem Reap: the best hotel we stayed in and the best massage I received. If you extend your stay, you won’t be disappointed
I met some fun people and this is definitely a trip to treasure.
Second Flashpack trip: Vietnam / Cambodia
This was my second Flashpack trip. My first was in Slovenia/ Croatia and this trip was in Vietnam/ Cambodia. Flashpack is very responsive, from the beginning stages of planning to any follow-up questions I have leading up to the trip.
The trip to Vietnam and Cambodia was very well-organized. Because you’re seeing each region of Vietnam, it’s pretty fast-paced. Hai Le was our guide and was excellent coordinating our entire trip: from food tours to hotel check-ins, giving us lessons in history, culture, and linguistics, and helping us cross the border efficiently into Cambodia. He was hilarious, maybe unintentionally so, and kept track of our group’s numerous dietary restrictions.
I don’t think I’d change the itinerary. Understand that you may be sacrificing depth for breadth because you’re moving through Vietnam on a finite amount of time. Overall, I highly recommend this combined trip if you’ve got the time!
Amazing first solo trip
I recently did the vietnam and cambodia trip with flashpack. It was my first solo travel and it was wonderful. Despite my airline losing my luggage (which flashpack helped coordinate the return of), our guides (Hai, James and Chenda) were superb (knowledgeable and charismatic), the hotels were gorgeous and the activities well considered.
I am extremely disappointed in this…
I am extremely disappointed in this company. I booked a holiday and it was confirmed at the time, money was taken and then I get a call back and they said that I couldn't have that holiday because of a "system error". Someone was supposed to call me back at 6pm today to offer me something else and they haven't called back. I have called them back this evening and spoke to two different people who were unable to search for a different holiday for me OR refund my money. The website clearly says that you can search for holidays until 11pm but no one was willing to do this for me. I will NOT be booking from this company again. I haven't even been given a reference number!!
Edited to add ... I have now been called back and they have offered me another holiday for the same price but am still waiting for the official paperwork regarding my booking.

A Memorable Way to See Morocco
The Best of Morocco was my fourth Flash Pack trip, and I really enjoyed it. The accommodations were beautiful, and the itinerary offered a wide range of experiences across the country. There was a fair amount of driving, but it allowed us to see places I wouldn’t have otherwise.
A few moments surprised me in the best way. I loved the hammams, and the sidecar ride ended up being far more fun than I expected. I also really valued the time spent connecting with locals, which is something Flash Pack consistently does well and a big reason I continue to travel with the company. Being well matched with my roommate was also a plus.
Ismail played a huge role in why the trip worked so well. He’s deeply knowledgeable, clearly enjoys what he does, and runs a group with ease and positivity. He easily ranks among the best guides I’ve traveled with. Mohamed, our driver, kept us on time and moving smoothly between stops.
Overall, Morocco was memorable, and I’m glad I chose to travel with Flash Pack.
I do not recommend flash pack
I do not recommend flash pack. It’s simply an organization that is reselling existing packages in the local countries at a very high price. Well, they do curate things based on the target group, such as individuals that are between ages 35 and 49, that is not enough. In my Cuba experience, we stayed in a one to two star hostel which charged $25 per night if we didn’t have the flash pack trip. Therefore, it’s clearly a very low end place and there was trash everywhere in the neighborhood. The days were also started between 7 and 8 AM went to 11 PM with maybe up to a one hour break which is really not a vacation. It’s too much to really enjoy.

Bali and Gili
This was my third Flashpack trip and I can tell you that it won’t be the last. This experience was equal parts, adventure, connection, and reflection. As with any Flashpack trip, logistics were one thing that I didn’t have to worry about. From the moment I arrived in Bali everything was planned out and ready to go so all I had to do was enjoy my trip. The itinerary struck the perfect balance between meaningful activities and downtime which the group and I took full advantage of. From rafting, to sunrise hiking, to aerial yoga, the trip had it all. We even went to a foam party on the beach in Gili! My group was fantastic as was my pack leader, Yogi. Yogi took time to make each of us feel at home and went above and beyond what I’d expect any guide to do. Bali had been on my bucket list for a while and I’m glad that I took the trip with Flashpack because it exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely recommend this trip and Yogi to anyone and everyone.
First flashback trip and it didn’t disappoint!
this was my first flashback trip and it met my expectations! The itinerary, the food and accommodations were exactly what I expected for the money that was invested. While the trip is more expensive than others I saw, it was worth the money!

Wonderful experiences visiting Mexico…
Wonderful experiences visiting Mexico twice this pats year . Reliable with stellar accommodations and itinerary
Great Experience!
This was my first Flashpack adventure but definitely not my last! The Bali Immersion trip was exactly as I hoped. Our guide England was knowledgeable, friendly, very willing to share his culture, engaged in our experience, and just plain great! The group I traveled with easily became friends quickly! I loved the water purification ritual and was incredibly impressed by the hospitality of our local host families while we were introduced to their culture and daily life. Overall the accommodations were wonderful but staying at Kaura was the highlight, a dream hotel stay come true! Thank you Flashpack!!
Perfect
From the purchase to the last day of the experience, everything was perfect. I will definitely book another adventure with them.
Escapism to the Philippines
I went on the Escapism to the Philippines trip and can honestly say it was the best trip of my life! Our group were amazing and we all got along so well and will be friends for life. The trip was the perfect mix of down time and activities and the locations were truly breathtaking. The Philippines is an incredible country, and we didn’t even scratch the surface! Special mention to our pack leader Rupert who was just amazing from start to finish! Already looking at my next trip :-)
This was such a fun adventure
This was such a fun adventure! Nele was amazing and so helpful! I absolutely loved all of the adventures to the outdoor dining, snowshoeing and especially the sauna and cold plunge!
