In november 2023 I bought 2 soul warming cups (250ml). Used only a couple of times, and one of the lids worn out so i cannot use it. Asked customer service to replace it, but they refused to do it. In their website they offer products "om een leven lang mee te gaan". what a whopping lie. Bad product, worse company and awful customer service. I will never ever buy anything there.

Sad to hear that you are not happy with the lids. We offered to send you a lid where we cover the shipment and you cover the lid but you did not want to cover anything.

Fantastic bullet-proof bottle.
I bought Flaske bottles for our team. And since they landed in the post with our logo on it, everyone including me has been using it daily.
Doesn't smell, like other bottles.
Re-usable. And very durable.
Would 100% recommend getting a Flaske bottle order.

I have ordered a coffee cup from Flaske. What I like the most is design. It's stunning! The cup is very comfortable to hold and it doesn't leak if you need to turn it upside down.
It seems that coffee doesn't get cold in it at all, so now I have tasty hot coffee all day long.

Love the bottle 500 ml. Get it as a present a year ago and it still keeps the drinks' temperature for a day. Especially nice during cold German winters. I also like the deep color of the bottle - I got the one called "Shade". Top!
Within less than a week the shiny layer fell off, although I washed it by hand etc. This bottle is not worth 25 euros. Maybe there is no waste of plastic in buying it, but it's definitely a waste of money!

We don't use Trustpilot as our active review channel. So it is more than late to reply but better late than never.
Regarding the shiny layer. That was a problem we were facing in 2019 and beginning of 2020. We solved that problem by not offering these colors anymore.

Great design and so far I'm really happy with it!
It arrived very quickly, products are good, but when you drop it, it will likely make an indent. Products are otherwise very well put together.
I bought two bottles (one black, one honey), one for my sister as a Christmas present, one for myself. The bottles arrived in time for Christmas and it was nice to have free shipping. The bottles look beautiful and of high quality. They do have a slightly metallic smell but that's probably inevitable with this kind of bottles and it's decreasing with every use. I can't say anything about the long term use yet but so far I am completely satisfied and would recommend flaske. My reasons for choosing flaske over other brands were the size (I wanted 750 ml), the colors, free shipping, that it's a small European company and most of all its environmental values and the donation to ocean cleanup.
I am really happy with the service and quick delivery. The bottle is working very good to keep my drinks hot, also the pot was really nicely packed and keeps my soup warm all day!
