FPCC came and fixed our swing/climbing set in the garden. They also made sure it was secure and safe before letting the kids go on. Would definitely recommend and use again in future!

We were absolutely delighted by the service we received. Communication from Kane was fantastic and Lawrence did a fantastic job with the build, leaving no mess at all. We had been let down by another company and Kane was able to fit us in really quickly and made everything seamless as we needed the office ready to host meetings that were booked in. Would recommend to anyone!

Communication with Kane was fast and efficient. Jason our carpenter arrived on time and was very helpful, skilled and knowledgeable. His work and care was excellent. Recommend this company to anyone.

Kane arranged for Lawrence to build my flat pack furniture. Lawrence was brilliant. Really friendly, professional, talked me through things before, during and once the build was done and the work was completed to a high standard with him giving me advice and tips on a few things which was really helpful.

We had a great experience with the flat pack construction company. Kane was incredibly responsive and organised, keeping us updated with regular communication leading up to the arrival. The installer, Ben, was friendly, efficient, and completed the job quickly while ensuring everything was left tidy. We’re really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

Jason turned up on time, was very tidy and put our huge wardrobe together reasonably quickly. I would recommend this company 100%….

2 Workers came from the Flat Pack Construction Company, to build our new Wardrobe. A lot of banging and crashing around. Eventually they finished, but they did have to admit that they had indeed smashed one of the glass panels on the Wardrobe. They did agree to come back and refit any replacement free of charge. I arranged for a replacement glass panel to be delivered 2 days later. One man came this time, Robert, and he fitted the new glass panels. Once again I heard quite a lot of banging around and crashing. I was quite concerned, and was going to challenge what was happening, when Robert declared the wardrobe was finished. No broken glass so I was just relieved and thanked Robert. But then later on, a crack appeared in the glass which then spread further across the mirrored glass. Obviously Robert had still not shown due care and consideration and had knocked the glass against something. Later found lots of dents and chunks taken out of the walls, I hadn't noticed before. Upon complaining to Kane at the Flat Pack Construction Company, it was met with rude comments and disrespect such as, "Well you going to redecorate anyway weren't you?" like it doesn't matter if they make a mess and hit the walls. Kane refused to accept any liability saying, "We must have broken the glass, because when they left it was fine" Our word against theirs.
Really disappointing service and for well over £200 to be left with further costs to get the glass replaced and refitted by another construction company, left out of pocket now.
I would advise anyone to not use this company. Or at the very least watch over the workers building your flat pack furniture, because that way you would have first hand evidence of what transpires. I would also suggest really carefully inspecting the work afterwards, otherwise you could miss something vital. Like dents in the wall, or chinks in the upholstery, chips in mirrors etc... You have been warned.
