Fake rings, do not order. Although I’ve had my ring a year there is no dents or breaks, I am absolutely gutted that is not genuine moissanite. Company should be ashamed of themselves for false advertisement and scamming people.

Company answered my email within 1 day when I was asking a question prior to purchase. I have now sent 4 emails over 10 days asking them to confirm my return and have had nothing back. Luckily I have tracking info and paid with PayPal so will be escalating this but poor post purchase customer service seems to be a theme.

I have since emailed the company on a different email asking for generic advice about making a purchase they got back to me within an hour but over 2 weeks they have ignored 5 emails about my refund! Disgusting!! Will be reporting to PayPal, trading standards and whoever else needed.

Amazing service from Flawless Moissonaite.co.uk. Delivery within 2 weeks as advised on website ordered 29th June and received 13th July. Box was delivered by Royal Mail special delivery 1pm latest and was a signed delivery to make it more secure. Packaging is stunning, with even a little light within the box to make the ring shine. Could not be happier with the ring or the service - brought the ring during the 50% sale which makes it even sweeter. Happily looking forward to buying from them in the future.

I firstly wish to preface that I was the one who recommended Flawless Moissanite to my partner as a company to consider buying my engagement ring from. Despite there being little information about the UK base of the company online, and mixed reviews including the UK trust pilot, he decided to order my ring from flawless.

The ring itself is gorgeous, and it arrived in good time. I was however disappointed to see it arrived in just a black ring box, with no branding, and that this was shoved inside a padded mailing bag with the certificate and the warranty card. This caused the certificate to warp and bend, and the outer ring box to become slightly damaged.

I was expecting it to arrive in the flawless moissanite branded box with the drawer which would contain the certificate, warranty card, and valuation, as mentioned in several of these reviews, and as shown in the product photographs. I would’ve expected more from a luxury brand that my partner is spending good money on to not be shoved inside a padded mail bag with what appears to be little to no care involved.

It was also not delivered via DHL as advertised, but by Royal Mail. (This is fine, but should be worth noting).

This brings me on to my next point. The valuation which is promised to arrive with the ring as shown on the website was not with my ring. My partner didn’t actually realise this till 2 months after receiving the ring, when he proposed and then told me where it was from. I asked to see the paperwork so we could immediately insure the ring, and was upset to see what had actually arrived in the mailing bag. I felt sorry for my partner as well, having spent his hard earned money to be kind of robbed of having a luxury unboxing experience.

My partner has emailed Harriet between 8 times chasing up the valuation. It was promised by the end of w/c 1st July but never arrived. Only after my partner threatened to seek a refund through his bank did Harriet say that it was due for next day delivery (being posted Thursday 11/07, meaning it should have arrived by 12/07) but this is still to arrive.

It is now 13/07 and still no valuation and all communication with Harriet has stopped.

We are both fed up of chasing them up now, and are wishing we had took our initial business elsewhere. I have never received this level of poor service from anyone before. It is upsetting as getting engaged is supposed to be exciting, instead we are worried about the ring being damaged or lost or stolen before we can even insure it because of incompetence on the companies part!

I would be very wary when ordering from flawless moissanite. While the rings are beautiful, we have no proof that the centre stone is Moissanite as the GRA certificate is actually a scam (a copy of GIA for diamonds), and no proof that the shoulder stones are .2 carat diamonds as Harriet said they don’t certify anything under half a carat. I am left feeling conflicted about the authenticity of my ring and feeling very disappointed in the service received.

My partner is in the process of claiming a refund back through his bank.

Exceptional.

From Day 1, the customer service was incredible, particularly Harriet. I requested to have a gemstone set in one of their stunning settings, which although was not listed on the website, was immediately replied back to which Harriet and the team were more than happy to do.

I received constant updates and it was so relieving with the reassurance in every email knowing it was going well.

After only a short period of time, it was ready and was sent. It arrived in a stunning, luxury box. Upon opening, I was stunned at how perfect it was. My partner absolutely adores it.

Thank you to the whole team for making it possible, and to Harriet for the exceptional customer service.

Now over 1 month later and still nothing regarding my paperwork.

Harriet (the owner) had promised to send it recorded delivery on the 5th September, but nothing and no replies to my follow up emails.

I have emailed, whatsapped, instagrammed and whilst Sherri was kind enough to reply to my whatsapp, it has now been a fortnight and nothing has transpired.

Considering you have managed to reply to your 5 star reviews recently, some just a day ago, it would be courteous to reply to your outstanding orders also and rectify these as a matter of urgency.

I would appreciate you get in contact with me as soon as possible to sort this mess out please, you have my details.

Happy customer here! I was very sceptical at first, ordering a ring online. However, Harriet went above and beyond to help with any questions that I had. My ring and gifted earrings are stunning! Opening the box is something else and it just clarified that I had made the right decision choosing this company. I would 100% recommend to anyone that is looking! Thank you so much again. X

They supplied the wrong size, wrong claw setting and also did not provide the delivery service they claim on the site (DHL - received with RM). Other than that, the ring is very beautiful

I purchased my wedding ring from Flawless Moissanite in March - I have very small fingers so clarified before ordering that it could be made in my size. The ring is beautifully made, I have no complaints about the craftmanship. I even ordered a second ring. However, once the second arrived it was obvious that the total weight of my wedding ring was not right as compared to the newer ring of a smaller total weight, the stones were smaller (which I verified through a loop). So my problem was that the total weight was not as advertised, and nothing on their website stated a lesser TW if the ring is below a certain size nor did they tell me so.

I tried emailing multiple times over the course of 2 months. I eventually found their phone number (which wasn't that easy to find) and called them, got (what I saw as half-hearted) apologies for the lack of reply to my emails and was told I would be called back within 24 hours, which did not happen. I called again the following week and was informed the man I spoke to (presumably the boss/manager) was away and the receptionist would have him contact me via Whatsapp. Still nothing after a week.

Beyond frustrated at this point, I called for the last time to let them know that as they had essentially been ignoring me for months I was ready to look into making a complaint to the relevant body. I was finally contacted to clarify the problem via Whatsapp within the hour but the person was not very apologetic and I found them argumentative. In the end, I was eventually refunded half the value of the ring, which is a result I was satisfied with.

I am still having problems with the company, however, as I still have not received the certificates of authenticity for both of my rings, which is adverised as being included on their website. I was told at the point of the refund that they would be sent out the next day - a month later and nothing. Another message to clarify and was told that they "would look into it" followed by nothing - this was almost 2 weeks ago at the time of writing this review. I doubt I will actually receive the certificates.

Long story short, the sheer frustration and stress caused by months of chasing this company up and being ignored/dismissed on top of the stress of wedding planning has been an experience I couldn't not share. I hope this is helpful to anyone looking to order from them so you can be aware of how poorly you may be treated by Flawless Moissanite if there is a problem with your order.

Edit to add: I have added a star as I have finally received the missing certificates following this review.

Flawless by name and nature, communication and customer service has been fantastic. Harriet has gone above and beyond to rectify the issues I did have with my ring as I had to send it back once and get it then replaced. Despite this I would still 10000% recommend Flawless moissanite to anyone looking for a special ring.
The presentation is just something else and makes the opening of the ring so special. I won't describe why because I want it to be just as much of a surprise as it was for me.
Obviously I was sckepical about order a ring from online, but I honestly think I've had better customer service here compared with any highstreet jeweler.

I was blown away by the customer service of this company. Harriet dealt with my communication and she helped make our day perfect. I couldn’t recommend enough. If I could add more stars, then I would. Do not use anyone else, these are by far the best and will look after you.

I purchased a ring from here for my partner, it arrived well packaged, the presentation gave a very premium experience and the ring was stunning, unfortunately after seeing it in person and knowing my partners style I knew it was not the right style for her. I contacted them and sent it back but Harriet was incredibly helpful and she updated me throughout the process. Communication wasnt the best at times but this was over the busy christmas period but that did improve after new year.
I will be looking to purchase another ring from here once I decide the correct style for my partner. I would definitely recommend this site to others.

placed an order and received the confirmation instantly and was told I would receive another email with postage tracking on when the order was dispatched which could take upto 3 weeks, recieved the tracking informaiton just over 2 weeks later and the order was delivered the same day. very nicely packaged in a lovely box with the authentication certificates in a drawer of the box.
