They don't care about their customers, terrible customer service
Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience with this company and their customer service, so would not recommend.
They installed our washing machine a few years back, but since then we had problems because it fills up with water - they just say that they dont know why and don't want to neither redo the installation, but also cant confirm that the plumbing is done properly, this way I could have claimed the insurance from the washing machine itself, without that I can't.
The worst, unfortunately, has been the experience with the customer support/administration who take no responsibility and promise to call me back and NEVER do, just ghosting me all the time (this problem has been dragging for 2 months now and I have called them at least 5 times and never heard back) - they just dont care about their customers.
