Seems to be Fraud. No delivery, no answers. They are also closing the shop here. I would advise to stay away from this company. I will report them to my credit card company because of Fraud.

Two weeks after ordering, no flowers, no response to my enquiries on the website. It feels like a scam, will be contacting my credit card to pursue refund.
Do not use this site.

Took my order and then emailed to say that it would be delayed (with no clear indication as to when)

Therefore I cancelled nearly a month ago and they still haven’t refunded my money.

Do NOT purchase terrible service and stealing people’s money.

Love those roses! Got them for my birthday two years ago and they still look stunning!

Bad service. They don’t have a phonenumber to call if you have questions. They only have a @emailadress, and they will never answer that as well. I paid and never received my order. Never order something on this website, if you don’t want to waste your money.

Placed an order online and paid for an express delivery (1 business day). Received an email confirmation and that I will be notified with a tracking link as soon as it is dispatched. Over 24h - nothing is dispatched and customer service hotline unresponsive.

A great shopping experience. Had one little issue that the wrong colour hatbox was sent but as soon as I alerted them to this fact a replacement was sent the next day. Really quick delivery through UPS. I worried that the actual product would not look as good as the online pics but they in fact look better. Beautifully packaged, a little difficult to get out but I suppose that means they are very secure for shipping. Would make a great gift. If you are looking for something a little different for your interior, these are great.

Ordered 2 arrangements for Valentines Day 2021. 1 arrived perfectly, looked amazing and was well packaged.

The other order arrived but was completely the wrong size & shape. Ordered a Large and received a Small, ordered round white box from the rose collection and received a square black box from the standard collection.
The invoice showed that I didn't receive what I had ordered and what I had been charged for (Paid approx £200, received an arrangement that cost less than £50 on their website).

After MANY days of calling and emailing, finally got a response. They confirmed they sent out the wrong flowers and provided me with 2 options (refund or send a replacement).
I asked for a replacement which I eventually received 10 days later. No email to confirm they would send the replacement and very poor customer service.

Eventually received the correct order but this was 2 weeks later than the original delivery date (Valentines day). Not sure whether I would use this company again, products are lovely but customer service is awful.

I spent over £500 in total for both arrangements, would have thought they'd have taken more care and treated the issue with greater priority.
