I received my order but i needed a bigger size as the ones i got didn't fit me
i texted them immediately and said they'd arrange an exchange in 4 days, I text them after that and they said "hello let me check and i'll get back to you" after which i kept following up with them for more than 6 hours and they havent bothered to respond to a single text. Absolutely horrible customer service, do not expect a refund or exchange if you ever encounter any issue with the product you receive.

Absolutely a scam. Their instagram @fle_xdubai shows beautiful shoes- expertly packed and wrapped.
I did receive what I had ordered. But they were terrible knock-off copies. Not even good ones- smelly and cheap and one was the wrong size. In severely damaged nike boxes. Their website advertised 3-day return policy- of course, their whatsapp said email them. And no one replied to the emails in 4 days. And they have blocked me on their WhatsApp. Reporting them to authorities noe.
