I signed up for the 3-day trial and had a genuinely good experience. The VDI performed well for what I needed and the setup was straightforward. What really stood out was the support team. Israel was responsive, professional and actually helpful in the real sense of the word, not just copy-paste replies.

I ended up cancelling the trial not because of anything on their end but because of some infrastructure changes happening on my side. I was actually planning to come back the same weekend and subscribe again with Windows 11 and the GPU option. Life had other plans.

I never got to test the GPU tier which is the one thing I can't speak to, but based on the overall experience I have zero hesitation recommending FlexiDesktop. The base VDI was solid, the pricing is fair and the team treats you like a real customer.

Will be back when the timing is right.

I mostly don't need, want, or use Windows, but it's the only platform that TurboTax Business Desktop runs on, so once or twice a year I really do require access to a Windows machine. Flexidesktop works remarkably well, technically, and it's great for my purpose. I rent a small desktop for a month, do my tax work, then cancel the instance. I have been very happy with Flexidesktop.

I need a quick easy solution to run a program that only worked on a certain version of windows 10 and with one click it just worked. I tried for hours to get it to work on my VM on my personal computer and with no success. There team was able to get me set up with a VPN and a remote desktop so now there's no worries.

Virtual desktop functionality made easy! Easy to manage users. User interface operates nearly identical to a standard local desktop. Installations of applications also very easy. Very happy with customer support!

Great service and system overall. The platform works very well, but it’s important to follow the step-by-step setup instructions carefully when connecting remotely. Once configured properly, everything runs smoothly. Excellent service.
