I wasn’t happy with the fidgets I ordered and wanted to return them. I emailed and got a response within a few days. However, after I sent the items back, I heard nothing back. I emailed to ask and after several days they responded to say they couldn’t find my returned items, but would keep looking. A few weeks went by, still nothing. I emailed again to enquire, and again, nothing. £30 plus the cost to return them down the drain.

I placed an order of a mix of lanyard fidget attachments for my 3 children. They arrived within the delivery time and are of real good quality. The price for them is really good, ive seen similar items priced higher.
One item was incorrect but it was an easy mistake to make as the item was very similar (same animal). They responded quickly and are sending the correct one, they said to keep the incorrect one which I thought was a nice gesture.
My kids LOVE them especially the clickers.
Will most definitely be ordering more in the future 🙌

overall good! but they sent me the wrong product!
i ordered a custom fidget clicker and i ended up receiving the wrong one, i contacted them and they were helpful and kind which was nice!
the product itself was 3D printed quite obviously as it has stray strings of plastic that stuck out, it looked like it hadn’t been cut properly too as one of the buttons had a little chunk of plastic on the side that would make a scratching sound when clicked. perhaps a bit expensive for what it was and the quality but not a bad product.

After recently being diagnosed with ADHD I was looking for some fidget toys to help me focus. I made my order of 2 clickers and a flexi cube. Unfortunately Evri lost my parcel. I emailed flexi fidgets and they were so helpful and sent out a replacement. Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived, my order was slightly wrong (I think they were just trying to get the replacements out to me as quick as possible) I emailed again and they sent out correct replacements straight away plus an extra fidget toy. I offered to send the incorrect ones back but they said to keep them or gift to someone else.

Great products - my daughter wanted a clicker but for school we needed a silent one. The dragon fruit clicker has been perfect. And my youngest loves penguins - she takes “Bob” everywhere.
We had a little turtle to adopt too 🤍

I absolutely love everything I received in my order from FlexiFidgets. It is so clear that every product is thoughtfully designed and can meet the needs of many different people. I have ADHD and love the texture clicker when I’m not in meetings at work, and use the FlexiLinks when I’m in meetings as they are silent.

They are so satisfying to use, and the texture of the plastic is great and feels hard-wearing. They were really reasonably priced and arrived very fast. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Evri lost my parcel and when I emailed to advise they were straight onto it and ensured a replacement package was sent out quickly.

Recently bought one of the beautiful Kaida Dragons from this little company and I'm absolutely delighted with it. I'm 31 and bought the dragon primarily for display purposes as it's so pretty but I've discovered that I actually love playing with it haha, it's very tactile and just feels good to move around with your hands. I've cut down on both vaping and phone usage since owning it!

I cant even remember how I found this site, but thankfully I did somehow through someone sharing their site on Instagram. Flexifidgets are amazing!! I am a recently diagnosed AudHD 40 year old and I have made two orders from them now with the second order arriving today. I have bought keyrings which i attach to my handbags to hold onto, click, roll etc when im out and feeling anxious. I have also bought many other types and all have been wonderfully made and really cute to look at. Their fidget toys are amazing and I will definitely order more in the future. It has absolutely made my tough day at work coming home to their parcel and even more so because they gave me a free "less than perfect" fidget with my order and whether it was luck or the power of algorithms or what I have no idea but it was one I had looked at, put in the basket for myself and then changed my mind because I decided to make an order for my husband and nephew instead. Honestly I couldn't have been more delighted with my sunflower spinner and it is perfect to me. Sunflowers were my nans favourite flower so I am always drawn to them and this is a beautiful addition to my collection. Thank you so much to this wonderful company and the ladies behind it.

Amazing!!! Quality was awesome! I've never ordered a 3D printed item or items before! These are so cute and so funny when sometimes they don't stand up straight! One or two words perfect perfect perfect. :)

What a brilliant company. My daughter found them on TikTok and was very excited to look at their website. The fidget she wanted didn’t seem to exist, so I went on to make contact, - Incredible customer service and so kind and understanding. We went on to place a good order - hard to choose from a huge array of super cute designs. We were very excited to receive the parcel with gorgeous colourful ‘packing peanuts’ inside too! And also an unexpected but very welcome little extra! Happy customers and looking forward to ordering again in the future! Thank you!

Absolutely 5/5 stars, the delivery was brilliant and very quick and the customer service was wonderful. Good quality items and the whole family is using them now. Definitely would recommend and the cheapest I have ever bought fidgets.

I placed an initial order and it wasnt quite as expected. I commented on this on a feedback link - and the team at flexifidgets were relentless in their desire to fix things. They contacted me (and reminded me) to see if they could fix things, and then sent my daughter a gift. I dont think I've ever seen such ruthless commitment to making sure the customer is happy.

And wow - she loves the fidgets. They look beautiful, and she finds them deeply satisfying. We get through a lot of fidgets, and I know we will use them again.

The Flexi Fidget items do look appealing on the website, otherwise we obviously wouldn't have chosen them. But the reality far exceeded what I was expecting. They are so kinetically and visually stimmy. Crucially, they feel really great, too. The materials used are really special. I bought most of them as a present, but a couple of things for my kid and I. We're simply going to have to buy more. This will not be my only order from this company.

I came across this company whilst scrolling through Instagram. I placed my first order in November. The order came quickly and I was extremely impressed with the quality and the price of the fidgets. I will definitely be ordering more.

I stumbled across Flexi fidgets on Instagram, and I am so glad I did. I have tried countless other fidget toys in the past but they never helped.

I have only purchased two fidget toys so far but as soon as they came, I already wanted more!
Firstly, the experience online was very simple and accessible, the website was easy to navigate and the products are so affordable!
When the package arrived, I found it was well presented and it really did feel like a little present to myself. Since I got the Flexi cube and crescent clicker, I haven’t put them down. Personally, I love the material that they use, it creates a pleasant tactile experience for me when fidgeting.

Due to my ADHD, I can become very overwhelmed, especially when out and about. The pocket-friendly size of the fidgets make sure I always have that sensory distraction when overstimulated in certain environments.
The products are very easy to use, which is vital for someone with joint issues like myself. I also appreciate that some of them are fairly discrete, I am only 22 and I don’t always want to display my need for distraction.

I fight the urge everyday to buy more fidgets🤣and even writing this, I am clicking away!! I haven’t seen this style and quality of fidgets before, so would highly recommend<3

Super cute and very cool fidgets. Creative design and beautiful colours. The iridescent dragon has become my son’s new pet 🤣 and the Christmas axolotl is possibly the cutest toy i have ever seen! Topped off with fast delivery and cute wrapping. This brand deserves all the stars!!!!

We absolutely love our fidgets from flexifidgets, we have quite a variety and all loved in there individual way. They have helped my daughter and partner so much with regulating, we can't wait to try the many others available.
