Ordered bundle on Sunday
Ordered items on Sunday night website clearly states that the “bundle” you are ordering has to be modified in your basket where drop down menus assist so can’t understand the negative reviews over this. Paperwork for the order was clear the only complaint I have is that when you contact them to get a delivery date they are very vague stating it should be there by that date but no tracking info available as it was it arrived on Thursday am despite having contacted them on Thursday first thing asking when it would arrive to be met with a vague answer that it should be by Friday all in all a fair service from them and I would use again.

Please DO NOT buy from this company. They mislead you with their products on the web site. You think your buying a bundle but only 1 item will be delivered. This company will also get your order wrong. When you try to call them the staff are rude to you and they will hang up on you. If your product arrives they will just dump it at your door if your not at home. If you find the product is damaged or incorrect they will say that you have signed for it even if you haven't. They will not let you return your product and blame you for ordering the wrong item. Very Poor customer service. Very Poor quality product, Very expensive. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere as these are scammers. I will be contacting the trading standards regarding these cowboys...

Poor service, misleading advertising - not using this company again
I placed an order for a number of flue liners and accessories for 3 properties expecting to receive the free postage for an order over £125 pounds as per the banner at the head of the website. Despite spending over £850 on this order I was charged £49.99 delivery. When I called the customer service to ask for the delivery charge to be refunded I was told this was due to the order being palletised and no refund could be given as total flue length was over 15m. There is no mention of this on their website and the stupidity of this is I could have split my order in 3 and paid no postage (resulting in 3 lots of packaging, 3 van deliveries, 3 x the delivery cost rather than 1). The guy on the phone said he was the office manager but was unable to provide a logical solution to this issue.

I was concerned about all the negative reviews but can honestly say I was impressed with the customer service when I called before placing my order for a Twin Wall flue system - I wanted to check delivery times and stock levels. I was told one item was currently out of stock but they were expecting a delivery in a couple of days and offered to dispatch what they had and then send remaining item as soon as it came in. The bulk of the order was delivered in good time and the second a few days later, as suggested. Would be happy to use again.

DO NOT ORDER from this company, my partner sent a couple of items back to them. There response was your items were damage. The pictures showes damage on the pipe, no damage to the box!!! To clame the money back through the company that shipping then, we needed more information. They are unwillig to provide this. We are looking to lose over £130.00 because they will not give us more pictures and information. I will be contacting tradeing standards on Monday morning. Then sending them an email to notify them that I will be takeing them to the small clames court.

If I could score a zero, then I would based on their audacity to LIE to customers. Order placed for next day delivery. No contact. When I chased I was informed it was the fault of the courier. I challenged this and turned out due to being busy the order hadn’t been picked. On day 3, it turns out they are out of stock of items. AVOID at all costs, they try to play the blame someone else, customer service is shocking. Unethical working practices won’t survive a recession !!!

I have to state the negative reviews left by many on Trust Pilot gave me grave concern. That said I rang to place an order for various liners, fixings, flashings etc and spoke to Luke who was really helpful, I am not a builder at best you could call me a novice DIY enthusiast. He assisted me throughout and was very pleasant polite and informative. After spending £1,275.00 I explained the urgency of the order given the postal strikes I was advised by other suppliers there may be a delay in receiving the goods. I placed the order at 14.00 hours on Wednesday 30th August and received the delivery on Thursday the 31st. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this Company and they deserve credit for everything they do. all in all a 5 star service and a pleasure to do business with. Regards Dave
Appalling lack of service.
As with many others, I wish I had read the reviews first as it has been one problem after another. It seems that if the sale goes smoothly you are O.K. hence the 5 star reviews, but if not you can forget any sort of service. The first problem was that their online payment system didn't work so I rang up. I was told that they wouldn't know until the next day whether payment had gone through or not, but they would ring me to let me know. Second problem - no call received, so I rang them again. No apology and when I asked why they hadn't done as promised, I was told they had been busy! Third problem - the goods arrived without the prior notification of time that I was told to expect and were a mixture of black and stainless steel instead of all black. I immediately informed them, but they insist on photographic proof. The reason for this changes, but finally they admit that it is to "verify" the truth of what I have claimed. Casting doubt on your customers' honesty isn't a good sales tactic! Quite what I stood to gain by misrepresenting the facts, as all I want is for the wrong coloured parts to be changed like for like with the correct ones, is totally incomprehensible. So, a fortnight after putting in my order, I still have the wrong parts and no resolution in sight. I will post an update when this sorry saga is over. I only tried to buy from this bunch of incompetents because I mistook their website name for the supplier I have used previously. A mistake I shall be careful to avoid in future!

Couldn't fault customer services.
So read so some of the reviews and was a bit nervous of using them but have to say couldn't fault it. Made an initial phone call as was unsure what part I needed and the guy couldn't have been more helpful. Part arrived day after ordering but I decided not to keep the stove I bought so no longer needed the part. Emailed in about returns, got an email back same day with all the information I needed. Returned item, got an email to say part was being refunded and all went smoothly. Honestly was probably the best customer service I've had for a while. Granted there are good and bad about most companies but credit where credit is due.

I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing flue equipment. Next day delivery stated. Items in stock on website. When items didn’t arrive next day called. Couldn’t get through for hours. When finally did was told items not been despatched as some not in stock. Asked when they would be in stock, couldn’t give a date. I said do you think it would have been good to let your customer know this via email? Asked for a refund. Had to call next day as no confirmation of cancelled order. Spoke to the most un helpful bloke, who said they have lots of refunds to process (really says a lot about the company) & would be 10-15 working days. Got a refund after a week, would not recommend to anyone. Only recommendation would be, go on a customer service course!
Genuinely jaw-droppingly bad.
Genuinely jaw-droppingly bad, my experience was a lying and unhelpful company. Not a stockist, a cheapo 3rd party drop shipper who have zero clue about the products and zero respect for customers. Phoned twice to check stock and delivery time, was told all was fine and delivery would be next day. After 3 days discovered the absolute BS in everything they were saying, they had never even bothered to check stock or delivery date until my third call, despite all the assurances. By this point I realised they were sham and were never going to deliver. I dealt with Luke, he was unhelpful, vague and talked nonsense, promising delivery would be the next day when I had already been told by this point most of the order was out of stock. Really gutting, lost 4 days with them but thankfully found a company online with a better attitude and better stocks and they delivered next day. By all means treat customers with contempt, in the long run the wheels fall off sooner or later.
