Friendly and competent team - highly recommend for business
I have used Flexilabels for around three years now to print labels for my candle business. I have many variations and through their excellent comms and dealing with friendly staff directly via email and phone, I have always received a brilliant service. My requests have always been understood, (even when I have confused myself!) and during times of staff changes, I have been seamlessly handed over to another competent colleague. Some last minute orders have been pushed through, too, as a good will gesture, for which I have been very grateful. Thanks! Highly recommend.

Great customer service, turnaround times just a little hiccup with roll quality
Great company, excellent customer service especially Andrew, he has been so helpful. I ordered several hundred textured paper labels with matt lamination for my small business and they were good. The proofs were on sheets and I ordered labels on rolls as required for my factory automatic labeller. Sadly the quality wasnt as good for these rolls V the proof so bare that in mind. Flexi labels do roll requirements and they're well priced. I'd use again but would need to ensure quality is as good as proofs so perhaps a suggestion on new material would be beneficial. Overall good to work with great customer service and turn around times.

Very fast, very friendly, very efficient !
Superb experience with Flexilabel, who managed to squeeze in a next day delivery for me despite not having received my order until a few minutes after their 3pm cut-off deadline. To add to this - the person on the phone was really friendly and helpful, AND the whole order was 10% cheaper than a certain other company who'd messed me around earlier in the afternoon, even with the delivery charge
added on. Couldn't be happier !!

We used Flexilabels for 2 years and they were fine, maybe had the odd sheet that was difficult to work with. Recently we had issues with removing the labels from the sheets of the matt transparent ones. They would not come off the backing and I did notice that the sheets were not as sturdy as the previous ones. I asked if they would replace them but because they were 4 months old and out of their 2 week returns policy all they could offer was 10% off our next order. We are now left with 75 sheets of labels that we can't use. Quite an expensive experience for us. We have found another supplier.

Although we try to be fair, but we cannot replace your product after you using half of it and then reporting a fault after 4 months - which could be due to incorrect storage.
