I have been using Flexispy for a while to monitor my 14 year old. I cannot see myself without it now! It's the solution to any doubts I had with my teen. It's amazingly user friendly & simple to use. The customer service is outstanding with any question or detail. I've used other programs like mspy, & they don't compare. Starting with downloading the program, flexispy is very fast & easy! You will not regret having this service!

I purchased Flexispy for parental monitoring and it helped me understand more about what my distant child was going through and suffering because he wasn't talking much to me.
I mostly used the Ambient feature because I was able to identify & understand my child's issues.
I did not have any major problems with FlexiSPY, I found the step-by-step manuals helpful and even if I thought I did something wrong I reached out to
their technical support team, who responded within 24 hrs. They also follow-up with you after the issue was dealt with. They offered step-by-step assistance in their responses, which helped me because I'm not really a tech mom.
I did use another app ILF Mobile apps, but it did not offer as many features as Flexispy and they did not update the system as quick FlexiSPY?
If you want to know answers or need information then I will highly recommend you to consider purchasing FlexiSPY, my experience has helped my family dynamic.

I've been using flexispy for over a year. It IS an excellent spyware BUT to get ALL of the features, your phone HAS to be ROOTED or JAILBROKE. If it isn't, then you wont get 100% access. I have the extreme version on a Non Rooted Android. All that I do get works well. I get call recordings, ambient recordings. Keystrokes, location and, MMS, remote video, and a few other services and they work Perfect! The issues that I have is this. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!! they must be in another country because it takes them at least 24 hours to reply to a ticket and when they Do reply...let's just say they DONT HAVE A DAMNED CLUE how to resolve any issue or question you present. They are so VAGUE with their replys, that you just give up. Example: I was told with a NON ROOTED phone, I would NOT see the keylogger within an app that was installed on the target phone. Well I CAN see ALL keylogs from MESSENGER app but cannot see keylogs from FACEBOOK app at all..I can see all keylogs from play store app searches but cannot see other app keylogs. I can see the FIRST initial internet search in keylogger but after that, I cannot see any other searches or keylogs once inside the internet. I've asked why is it that I was told I would see NO keylogs from apps to begin with but I can see SOME and if I can see SOME, why not ALL?? they cant answer that for some reason. I've asked WHY SOMETIMES "some of the Outgoing SMS from the target phone shows up under the SYSTEM tab instead of the SMS tab? They have never answered that one!! I've also asked why are some of the SMS split up? A few of my target phones SMS are split. Most of the SMS are in ONE thread and it's easy to read entire conversations. But for some reason A FEW of mine are in Seperate tabs. One "Sam" contact tab will show ALL outgoing messages, another "Sam" contact tab will show ALL incoming messages. Again, tech support hasn't a clue NOR does it seem they try to answer. It HONESTLY seems they try to avoid the issue with STUPID responses so you will just give up...which I do...I've gotten to where I dont contact them anymore because its useless. As long as I get the basics...I'm good.

The reason for the 2 star is 2 fold i contacted customer service with in 24 hours and this is day 3..after doing that and submitting refund ticket. My problem was the software was not invisible ...the super user icon showed on the phone and it deleted all the contacts from the phone i was told i needed physical access a computer the lock code to the phone and about 30 minutes(i did). I even paid for them to root to ensure it was right. After over 3 hours it was finally install then the tech keep try to sell me more stuff he claim i need but it did say any of that in the description when i bought it. To give it a fair chance per refund policy i tried to use it any and the key features did work ....email capture and call intercept. Before buying i ask would all features worki was told yes and that im(instant messager) was the only thing they couldn't promise. Well i try the rest of the features and they were ok but were somewhat unstable but didnt meet my needs. I paid $235 for advanced features call intercept and email retrieval and they ABSOLUTELY dont work . Within 24 hours i requested a refund and called no one every called back and the ticket was never answered (said it would be answered within 24 hour) so i ask through chat they reply for email address and product license i sent that since then no reply ...that was Wednesday now its Saturday. I did all i was supposed to and per their policy was supposed to get my full refund . Im trying to work with them and be patient but it seem thier trying to run my clock out can anyone please help thanks

Update: just checked email refund was issued this morning mon the 4th at 2am. Thanks. To restart it was a good product but all the features simply didnt work on the phone (the reason I got this product)

This was the other spy app I tried using, and I would say it seemed quite responsive at first but I don't know what went wrong along the line. I'm glad I was eventually able to get the solution I needed

Unpleasant.. Was excited and bought the full expensive package (yearly).

Didnt even work at all. Contacted them and they said they cannot do anything about it and i didnt even get a single data point.

A total, absolute scam. Dont waste your money on this. I had both target phone and personal phone in my hand and i couldnt freaking make this work.

Updates. I emailed as flexispy requested to ask for refund. They replied me they can’t do anything about a refund (this contradicts what they wrote in public here.) and asked me to purchase a NEW subscription.

Haaa so much for public online “display” reply of agreeing to refund. I wasn’t expecting a refund anyway for a product that doesn’t work.... at all.

If u can’t do it, or can’t promise any refund, then scrap this non working product of yours.

Others : be warned. This doesn’t work at all and all payments go in a black hole. Stop waste your hard earned cash on empty reviews n “promises”

My Subscription started around 28th Dec 2018. Took 3months Extreme package and along with it 3 months of technical support package. It worked for a week or so and that was it. Numerous attempts through chat and emails have failed to get even a response.

My emails and chats have even included pleads like "I beg for help" as I am losing critical real time tracking. No response and no fix.

I was looking at an upgrade after 3 months of completion. I'll think about it now

Disappointing, Frustrating and hoping they fix to retain me

You purchased the application based on call recording from both directions
All the information comes late, and the registration is only for one direction only
Support is bad for more than a week and no response has been received yet
Transaction and response speed before purchase is excellent, after the purchase is very bad
Tip for all This program lied and treated very badly

It was easy to download, but after downloading it stopped uploading data after about 2 hours! contacted their "24/7" technical support and they took over 1 week to answer, which wasn't helpful because i had already requested to cancel and a refund! I thought they would actually have 24/7 technical support giving the amount of money i paid for the service, but i was really disappointed!

I didnt say i wasn’t refunded the money though i said i didnt get any technical support.
I still have my emails , & i didnt get a reply to the ticket that i opened about my data not being uploded until 5 days later. I only received a reply back withing 24 hours regarding a question about installing the application.

Flexispy is amazing

Thanks to flexispy I was able to monitor my kids phone. Not only did I know exactly where they were at all times but I was able to monitor their surroundings with the ambient record feature which was my favorite feature. The installation process was pretty simple I had no problems. I have tried other monitoring software and I have to say that flexispy is the best one out there. It's worth every cent and I would recommend it to any parent. I'm going to continue using flexispy for my monitoring needs.

I Purchased. Flexispy in order to monitor my nieces activities in conjunction with her parents after she was given her first cell phone for her birthday. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone considering this sort of application.. Installation Wa quick and easy, no tech support was required. I found the call logging as well as the sms/mms logging features to be the most helpful.

I started using this program because my husband n I have had infidelity issues in past. So I thought what better way to find out if he’s cheating than to see who he’s texting. Great news to report... he’s not cheating. He is texting his children’s mother but it has all been appropriate. I’m so thankful for flexispy. It has literally saved my relationship. However I do recommend more than a one month subscription . I’ve never had any problems with the technical part. My favorite part of the app is montoring his phone calls. O and if you ever need any help or have a question there technician is only a chat away. I highly recommended flexispy. I will continue my subscription indefinitely. Thanku Alicia

I chose FlexiSpy to monitor the activity of my teenage daughter so that I can be alerted of cyberbullying. The program worked well for the first few days (Android) but then lost connectivity. Since I do not have access to the target phone, since my daughter left for school I was unable to conduct troubleshooting.

I signed up for flexispy for parental monitoring. We have 9 kids and we had a few that we had some growing concerns about. Flexispy worked like a charm! We were able to monitor in the background without them knowing. We were reassured on all but one of the kids. Flexibly helped us to understand what was going on in our daughters life. We loved the tracking portion of the program so we could keep track of her. We also loved the keylogger part of Flexispy. We were able to grab her username and passwords for her accounts. We were then able to approach her with 100 percent proof and help her get her life back on track. We did not have a rooted android device so some of the features did not function but all the features that did work made it totally worth the money! The tech support team was awesome at answering all our questions before we purchased and then anytime we had any along the way. We tried mspy, another monitoring program but the data was spotty and difficult to interpret. There has been no guesswork with flexispy. The data is straightforward. I am so glad we chose flexispy. If I had it to do over again I would pick flexispy over every other monitoring product on the market. Don't waste loads of hours researching products like we did. Just choose flexispy from the beginning and get the information you need!

I ordered this for my child to keep an eye on them because they are a typical teenager. I found exactly what I had been looking for. This provided everything that was needed to gather data!. My favorite feauture is the ability to read texts. There were no issues with the software at all when i did need to speak to technical Support they were helpful and kind. If you’re looking for something to monitor your child’s phone I highly recommend

I used flexispy to pretty much get to the bottom of suspicions that I had which actually became reality . It helped me uncover the truth to what I already knew in my gut that was happening. When I ran across flexispy I read up on it and decided to give it a shot . It's a get easy and simple with directions on how to set it up step by step .

I bought flexispy because my 13 year old was hanging around bad crowds and found out he was skipping school with the Gps tracker.and learned all his passwords to face book etc with the keylogger feature. I had no issues using this app and techs are really helpful and helped me install in 20 mins or less. Compare to other apps they leave u on your own after purchase. I would recommend anyone to buy this if u have a teen or employer who's acting suspicious.

For a private detective, Flexispy is one of the best tools for listening to calls and reading text messages. Saves me a lot of time and effort. I buy a few licenses from them for my clients, and never have a problem with their service. In fact, it cost twice as much as it costs now, I'd still use this software - because my job requires the ability to listen and record calls.
