COWBOYS - DO NOT USE!!!

Had to take them to court over a car they sold me which broke down after 17 days with major mechanical failure…

They are clearly very experienced in fighting claims against them as they knew every trick in the book. We ended up having to pull out of legal proceedings after the judge gave them another 6 month extension on all of the deadlines and it was no longer possible for us to continue with the stress, expense and utter nonsense of them and the legal system.

PLEASE AVOID FLEXY CARS LTD AT SOUTHALL AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE LIARS, DISHONEST, SELL FAULTY CARS AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!

Their customer service is abysmal and once they’ve sold you a faulty car they couldn’t care less.

I’ve learnt valuable lessons from this experience but I don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake. They should be shut down in an instant.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THESE HORRIBLE SCAMMERS AND SPREAD THE WORD

0/5 if I could give minuses I WOULD.

Avoid like the plague!!!

Bought a car back in August 2025. Had no problems with the vehicle, however, we have been awaiting cosmetic parts that they removed from the vehicle to put on another car they sold. They also failed to register the car to us. They were supposed to post them out to us but over 6 months later and many many calls later they have still not appeared. Now their phone lines don't work and any promises of a call back are non existent. Avoid like the plague!!!!

Avoid unless you are prepared for a legal battle.

A vehicle was purchased from Flexy Cars and was faulty within the first few days. The car was returned for repair, collected again, and within a week the same faults reappeared. Instead of properly fixing the issue, the error codes were simply cleared. The underlying problems remained.

When the vehicle was formally rejected due to repeated faults, Flexy Cars took it back but then refused to issue a refund. So they kept the car AND money. The position taken was that there should have been an opportunity to repair the car, despite already having had the vehicle returned and attempting repairs.
(May i also add that while the car was sat awaiting pick up from them, they had readvertised with no mentions of the faults. We called the office to enquire and they said it was in great condition. Some poor soul will be going through this now)

Communication throughout was extremely poor. Calls to the office frequently went unanswered, and managers were repeatedly “in meetings.” When contact was made, staff were dismissive and rude particularly the manager, whose attitude was confrontational and aggressive.

Most concerning was the owner’s response when the matter escalated “See you in court.” That alone says everything about how customer concerns are handled. There appeared to be no issue with keeping both the car and the money until legal action was pursued.

After five months of unnecessary stress and delay, the refund was only given through court proceedings.

This experience was entirely avoidable and abhorrent. Buyers should think very carefully before purchasing from this dealership.

Bought a car from Flexy Cars and it was not as described. Problems showed up very quickly and things that should have been mentioned before the sale clearly weren’t.

As soon as I raised issues, communication went downhill. Messages were ignored, calls not returned, and it felt like they just wanted to pass the problem on rather than sort it. Once the money was paid, there was no real aftersales support at all.

This kind of behaviour explains why Flexy Cars has so many negative reviews.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely terrible experience — scammers and completely unprofessional.

I bought a car from them and it broke down the very next day. I had to call emergency recovery and take the car straight back to them. They lied repeatedly, and now they refuse to give me a refund or even respond to me. I’m having to sort everything out through legal help and my bank.

Karma will come back to you for this.

And be warned:
They charged me £120 for road tax, but when I called DVLA the next day to check, the car was not taxed at all. Just another way for them to put money in their pockets.

Do not trust them. Save yourself the stress and hassle — go elsewhere.

SCAM DEALERSHIP

SCAM DEALERSHIP – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Bought a car from Flexy Cars and within less than an hour it developed serious faults. Over 7 weeks later I’m still waiting for the V5. Their “customer service” does not exist. they ignore calls and take no responsibility. This is blatant misrepresentation and selling cars that are not fit for purpose. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards and strongly urge others not to get scammed by these people.

DO NOT GO HERE!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Can even express how terrible this company is to deal with and even worse to try and resolve problems! PLEASE READ before buying a car from here!!!! Start of august sent a deposit and the finance got paid out on a vehicle we were purchasing from this dealership, arranged to go up a few days later to collect the car. Im around 3 hours away, so arranged childcare and was told the car would be MOT’d and serviced before collecting. The day before I was supposed to travel to get the car it was still not done and was told they found a oil leak on the part of the car which wasn’t right as my step
Father is a mechanic and at the point he spoke to them it seemed like they didn’t have a clue and was giving me excuse. The weekend passed we was supposed to go and hoped the next week we would have it sorted but again we was told the oil leak was fixed but they had found another problem that they had to get a part for that would take up 10 days from the main dealer (find it hard to believe Mercedes don’t have parts stocked) but again we waited. Bare I’m mind this whole time we have no contact from them we are having to chase the dealership ourselves being passed about by different people to have any kind of update. Upon looking to previous MOTs it seems to have damage on the car which the garage has no answers to just 'fixed before it came to us' which isn’t what you want to hear when your spending nearly 12,500 on a car. The 10 days has passed and still no closer to getting a car, after pestering updates we got told there is ticking noise on the car and they weren’t happy to sell us the car and was told to get the finance to request there money back and they would settle it straight away! I was obviously grateful I wasn’t stuck with a car that clearly has some issues but it just kept getting worse. We repeatedly heard from the finance company that they had not received their money back and we kept ringing up to find out why they wouldn’t of paid it considering they didn’t want to give us the car and didn’t pay back the money which prevented us getting a new car from another company. After 21 days, (when the finance company had originally asked for the money back) and a final Email from the finance company saying they were going to take legal action. Bare in mind we had called everyday multiple times and given every excuse under the sun we decided to go up there ourselves and sort this mess out. Not only were we meet this rudeness from Paul the manager when we arrived saying they didn’t know if they had the funds to pay back the finance company but if we didn’t move our car he was Goona get someone to take it and smash it up as we were parked in the entrance. The police got called and we had a chat with them and explained the situation that not only for 6 weeks had I been without a car but they didn’t even want to pay back to money they owe so we can get a new one. Even the police had read reviews and asked why did we ever decide to get a car from there, I think that says it all After sitting at flexy cars for around 4 hours and wouldn’t leave until we got the payment it finally was paid. In the time we spent up flexy cars today we wasn’t the only customer that had problems with this garage and I feel if you pay cash here you will forever have problems trying to get your money back if you have any problems with the car. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews on here as this had been the most stressful horrible experience ever, not only has this cost me emotional stress but also financially from fuel for the 3 hours travelling and loss of work for the day having to go waste my time up there. They are nice as pie when you’re spending money but horrible when you want it back. Don’t be deceived by the fancy website as it was a run down yard with a glorified shed, nothing like I was expecting when I went up there. May I add the car had rusted alloys and the bonnet was out of alignment, I believe it was a accident repaired but not reported and fixed privately. Iv reported to auto trader, AVOID at all costs!

Think Twice Before Paying a Deposit

I enquired with Flexy Cars about a car that looked perfect in the pictures and was advertised with a full service history. When I arrived, the reality was very different — scratches all over, damaged alloys, blown lights, and a large crack across the panoramic sunroof they claimed to have “missed.” I also discovered myself that it had previously failed an MOT, which was never mentioned.
I had paid a £100 “refundable” deposit to reserve the car. After deciding not to proceed, I was told it would be refunded — but it took 3 weeks of constant chasing, ignored calls/emails, and multiple excuses before I finally got my money back.
Completely unprofessional and misleading. Think twice before sending them any money — getting it back is a battle.

Run away!! Don’t walk.

I purchased a vehicle from Flexy cars in March 2025 and it’s been an absolute nightmare! The vehicle had mechanical issues and they claimed to order the parts for Germany. Three months and same stories, kept my car in the garage for weeks and was never fixed. All they do is tell lies and more lies. Especially Farooq who is very rude, down to Hilal, Alli, Mohammed, Farwan, Suleimon. All bunch of jokers and disgusting people. They also promised to register with vehicle with ULEZ and make it complaint. All they were able to provide was stories and more stories even after I got several PCNs. I had to take it upon myself to pay for a conformity letter and register the vehicle. Don’t walk away from this dealer. RUN AWAY! I’ve raised concerns with the Motors ombudsman. Trust me their cars are not worth the migraine and nightmares! Whatever good review you see are either people who were made to put that the exact day they made deposit and had no issues yet or reviews they told their friends to lie about, because all they do is lie!
