Lauren from flight center was extremely helpful in getting a ticket to the U.K fast, However when making payment had to request banking details multiple times eventually receiving them on the 10th email and then did not get told no baggage allowance until at the airport check in. That extra costs would apply. Please Listen to the customer as well as explaining extra costs.

We had such a wonderful experience with our travel agent from flight centre Rosebank.
Shresta Dipooa was extremely professional and so knowledgeable and assisted us step by step and nothing was to much for her. Her service contributed to our most wonderful December holiday. Flight centre and Shresta deserve a 10 out of 10 rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tristan was very fast to resonds to our requests. He was very helpful, from the first request up to finally booking the holiday after my many requirements. He is always available and went through the extra effort to ensure we got exactly what we wanted within our budget. We had our entire holiday booked in less than a week.
