She goes to great lengths to do her very best for her clients way above and beyond their expectations at all times. She has never disappointment our entire family with bookings to and from UK & all our international & local flights to date.

Michelle from Flight Centre Village Square is the perfect example of why using a travel agent is absolutely worth it, even if it might cost an extra rand or two. In this world of doing everything directly online yourself to get the cheapest prices, it can be hard to justify why you would need someone to do it for you, but it’s like insurance or medical aid; you might not think you need it until you need it – and then you will understand just how much value it adds and how incredibly painful and expensive it is if you don’t have it. I've learned my lesson the hard way - the first international flight I booked online went perfectly, easy peasy. But the second one was a disaster. I had to change my dates due to illness, and it was so painful to get hold of someone to assist me, and then when I eventually did get hold of someone, I ended up paying a massive amount extra for the date change. I swore I will never make that mistake again. In future, I am only using Michelle from Flight Centre to do my travel bookings.
But besides being an absolute godsend when plans go awry, she is also just so good at putting a trip together that meets your preferences and needs perfectly - whether that is finding the cheapest option, or the quickest option, or the fewest layovers, etc. She is so knowledgeable, so professional, and so absolutely lovely. A solid 10/10!
