Professional scammers.I made a reservation and cancelled my reservation after a day.My £100 was not refunded.Don’t make reservation or book any flight from this site.

This is a scam they will take deposits from you of up to £100 all in the name of assisting you book a flight later they will get it cancelled and refuse to give your refund. causing stress and inconvenience, with more hardship to the common man.. Till today i have not received my full refund... If anyone knows the body that regulates the, can i ask for your assistance to get them reported

Dealing with Sarmad was a pleasure. I had to travel in 2 days, and Sarmad found me a ticket at a good price considering how soon I was travelling. He explained the booking and payment process clearly ,and he was super helpful.

Well, being the first time that I contacted the company I was delighted when Mr Sarmad Esan called me back, he was so calm and very professional with me, he searched for many airlines that could be reasonable for my trip. And eventually, he got an airline with my proposed amount. I really appreciate him and I am very grateful.

Don’t pay for a reservation (or anything). I was quoted £827.52 for a flight and paid £100 to reserve it. 3 days later I was told the flight was not confirmed and they offered a different fight from a different airport at different times for £1453.52. I declined. They refused to refund the £100 in full, but only a partial refund, saying I had voluntarily cancelled the flight - which is untrue. I raised a complaint with them and have still not heard anything from them in reply.

Sarmad was very professional patience and attentive. He tried very hard to defend the company lacking credit card facilities. I think he was disappointed when I bought from other travel company paid three flight ticket upfront using my credit card. That should be his sale.

Sarmad was excellent. I appreciate his support and patience.
I read some reviews about others experiences that made me a bit fearful but, his service and reassuring approach made a great difference. He took me through all steps. I got my E-ticket, he double checked with me over the phone. Advised what to do if I face any difficulties. Keep it up Sarmad

Zain and Ahmed, did a great job in assisting me with my booking. Admittedly the process wasn’t the easiest and I was a tad sceptical but they did their best to assist and I really appreciate it for finding me the best deal.

I would like to thank Sarmad for his professionalism in assisting me with my flight selection. His dedication to providing the best service is without question. I will certainly be requesting his services again in the future.

The gentleman sarmad who attended to me regarding my flight ticket has been very helpful and experienced, the way he dealt with me

Sarmad Esan was very kind and helpful. I initially requested the incorrect dates but he resolved this pretty quickly. Whether it is cheaper than going on skyscanner or not im not so sure. But if you dont have time to research flights, request Mr Esan help.

Scammers and liars, spent most of my times chasing them to book a flight ticket and get my e ticket. Stay away from this travel agent they are dishonest!!!

Excellent service got my bookings confirmed in 24 hours and the price was cheap aswell.

If I could put less then one star i would dont go to them I booked a holiday with then a year in advance and then they called saying there is an issue with the flight that's not there fault but the airline my wife was upset as we was going there for an anniversary of a death and this guy called stan was very arrogant saying we can do another flight but is £800 more now we asked for Money back and still waiting dont call don't call.BIG TIME SCAMMERS AND LIARS DONT GO WITH THEM

I booked and got confirmation for 3 tickets or march 2026 .I made a deposit and when I call to make another payment.they told me that their has been a technical problem and my tickets has been unconfirmed and their is an issue with flight.they cant solve it within the 9 months .guess what the flight is still available on trip.com and their no technical problem . They are trying to sale me tickets way more expensive than I have booked on my previous ticket.they said with will take 5 working days to get the refund guess what it's been more than 5 working day and the money is not in my account. Very bad customer service from a so call stan with an accent. THEY ARE BIG TIME SCAMMERS AND LIARS STAY AWAY FROM THEM
