Victim of a scam

Similar terrible experience back in february, when I contacted them . They posed as Lufthansa reservation agents all the time, which they are not, made changes on my behalf and charged my credit card for a service that the real Lufthansa reservation agency would not have done. Beware of this scam !

This company is a scam company

This company is a scam company. I called to change my return flight, and they posed as my airline company (Eva Air). A Google search sent me to their phone number. They erroneously charged me over $1500. A man named “Abdiel” threatened to cancel my flight if I didn’t stop contacting them to request my money back. Luckily, Eva Air has been fantastic about it, and has agreed to block any changes to my flight without my consent and confirmation from my phone number directly. They explained that the scammers pose as a ticket holder and make changes on your behalf to make the interaction seem legitimate. I was able to negotiate my money back from the scammers eventually. Definitely avoid this company at all costs, and triple check any customer service numbers that you find through Google searches are in fact direct numbers from the company you are trying to contact.

Polite executives

Polite executives
So I booked a flight from Flightstrade to New York, which was canceled due to a technical issue. They contacted me beforehand, and upon connecting with the customer service agent, he resolved the my query in the smoothest way possible. Instead of refunding my money, he suggested booking another flight and upgrading my class.

He completed the booking procedure from his end, and I didn't have to pay any extra fare for it. The customer service executive was extremely patient and completed the booking process in just 15 minutes. I got to travel on a good airline in upgraded seats and didn't have to pay anything for it.

Hey, I am posting after a great experience with the Flightstrade. I am giving five stars to the customer service agent who knows what excellent customer service should be.
When I was booking an international flight, I got a great last-minute deal on the flight. I had completed the booking procedure and started the payment process, and suddenly, my payment got stuck due to some bank server problem. The money was deducted. I thought I was screwed. I tried a few times to refresh the page, but nothing happened. I called their customer service number, explained my situation, and provided her with all the details related to my booking flight no. my name. She calmly checked our status and checked us in.
Also, When She realized that my son and I were not seated together, she arranged our seats together without asking. That's the empathy we look for in customer service. I suggest you book your journey ticket with Flightstrade for excellent customer service.

Outright scam

Outright scam. They act as if they are representatives of the airline, in our case it was Emirates.
They ask for your name and booking reference and with that information they make online changes, which you could do easily yourself. They ask for your credit card details and pay for the changes on your behalf.
After that they force you to respond to an "invoice" email, which appears to be from the airline, but on closer look actually is not.
Once you click and pay a high fee is charged and your money is gone.
Several alarm bells went off but we ignored them as we felt we had no choice and we genuinely thought we spoke with the airline.
It is an outright scam. Beware!

Horrible company to deal with

They identified themselves as the airlines - (They are not) then charged high fees as well as charged our card for un authorized charges.
On top of all of this, They didn't even book our flights correctly which caused countless hours on the phone with our carrier to correct their mistakes. After a number of emails and calls they just end up blocking your calls and not responding to emails - I would stay far away from this so called company - learn from my mistakes.

I love to travel with United airlines, it’s very decent and fabulous to booking and their services I loved it. I always recommended to you visit this site and book your flight tickets on United Airlines Reservations.
