Dealing with Flightxp.com is a nightmare. They have been sitting on my refund from last 1 year. My trip ID - 200219698304 was cancelled due to Covid last year. They lied to me about transferring refund in my bank account, which never came. They don't respond on emails, you cant reach out to them on phone too. God forbid, if you are stuck with these guys on refund, then you are on your own. I am fighting for my 17,000/- and no matter what I will do everything possible to get my rightful refund.

Pathetic Service. I dont want to give one star also.

I booked a Spicejet ticket from flightxp which got cancelled due to Covid lockdown. I have got a credit Shell for that ticket which I wanted to use while booking another ticket (same passengers) in Spicejet, the flightxp booking website dont even have the option for paying through Credit Shell.

I had sent them emails couple of times, but I did not receive any reply from them. When I called them, the recorded message asks me to send email.

I booked a ticket with them which was cancelled due to covid. I wrote them emails several times for 6 months even after the Supreme Court judgment came that it was a flier choice if he / she didn't want an credit note or open ticket. My request for refund was denied which is my basic right and I was mentally tortured. Ultimately I had to call air India directly to blacklist and not sale tickets on flight xp. I will advise all readers never book your ticket with flightxp. They won't only suck your money but your blood too.
If it was possible, I would have given minus 5 rating.

Very pathetic service, only one guy sits in customer care you have to wait atleast for 1 hour in queue to talk to him. Due to Corona my Air India flight got cancelled on 18th March till today 29th September I have not received the refund from FlightXP being following up with them via email every 15 days they are just saying we are waiting for response from AirIndia. I have booked the return flight from AirIndia and I have already received the refund 3 months back. Stay away from this brokers FLightXP, cleartrip etc.

Very very bad experience with site . on line cancellation is not available. no body pick up phone on customer care.

Very very bad experience with FlightXP. I booked my family ticket with it and by some mistake title was wrongly mentioned as Mr instead of Mrs. I sent 2-3 mails to their customer care number. even after 20 days -- no reply. Their call centre number is also fake. You keep on listening music for 30 mins and nobody turns up to receive your call.
Pl stay away. Make my trip expensive but still best.

I have been trying to cancel my ticket ....by logging in via their online website and by calling their number ..their website says shows up an error ....and the number given online doesnt give any reply ...

I guess this is their way of telling , not giving the refund .
We book the refundable tickets so as to get the refund.
Never book a ticket from these people .

i want to cancel my flight ticket, but after enter the trip id, passenger name and mail id,nothing opened.

I was booking flight , money deducted ,but ticket not booked , when I will get my money back

Flight XP suggested that for any change for tickets we should directly contact their CustomersCare.it was a night mare getting through for a change. Three calls each lasting over 30 minutes before a booking clerk came to help.
Help was zero. Needed to change a date
for the flight and I was aghast when they asked me to pay almost full fare for the change. Many excuses given but no help given /was useless .Just waffle. Very I'll trained staff.
Flight XP are a part of Clear Trip I believe
Being such an august company ,I think should have good policies otherwise it would end up like Thomas Cook.

BOOKING IN FLIGHT XP , IS NOTHING BUT GETTING CHEATED!!.
MY TRIP ID ID IS 190823374144.
HAD BOOKED SXR-BLR-SXR ON 26TH AUGUST & AND WAS DOUBLE CHARGED, DELIBERATELY.
SINCE 26TH AUG TILL 3RD SEP......HAVE MADE 15 CALLS & HAVE SENT SEVERAL MAILS WITH PROOF OF EVIDENCE OF BEING 'DOUBLE CHARGED' .
FINALLY ON 3RD SEP. AT AROUND 14.20, THEIR SUPERVISOR, MS. ROSHNI, MAKE ON LINE TO PROMISED & ASSURE A POSITIVE SOLUTION ON THE REFUND, BY END OF THE DAY!!.
HAVE EXPRESSED ULTIMATE DISAPPOINTMENT ON THE SERVICES OF THE ENTIRE TEAM.
ALSO HAVE MENTIONED TO 'MOVE THE CONSUMER COURTS FOR THE REFUND AND THE OTHER COURTS , ON THE CRIMINAL CHARGE OF 'CHEATING' THE CUSTOMER , DELIBERATELY.
THEREFORE, IT IS SUGGESTED FOR ANY CUSTOMER TO 'THINK' THRICE, BEFORE EVEN ATTEMPTING TO BOOK THRO FLIGHT XP OR CLEAR TRIP, AS THEY 'CHEAT'.

Fake and fraud site, please do not book tickets from this site.
I wanted to cancel an International flight ticket and there is no way to cancel and get refund as there customer service is fake.

Please don't buy tickets from this site. I am a frequent Traveller and used several website and such a bad experience never happened. For technical issue 404 error to be precise my ticket dnt book and but money got deducted. I called customer care and moved for another booking and after sometime I saw 2 tickets got booked and money deducted. No calling customer care they are just delaying rather helping. poor management. The owner need to work on it's service management.

No customer support at all. Waited for 15 min and no response. Useless.

I want transactions from Air India plz help me

Had a hassle free booking and travel. Kudos Guys.
