I would not recommend Flipchap-expensive shipping and hard to edit cover options
I would not recommend Flipchap. The customization process was clumsy and innacurate. The layout tools were confusing and it wasn't clear whether full-bleed images were allowed. There were lots of hidden costs along the way once we added the photo books to our checkout cart - shipping was almost as much as the book itself, and cover lettering options were not included in base price - to add our own names and date it would be an additional $30. They only take paypal as a method of payment, which was inconvenient for us. Will not order anything through this company again.

You may see the shipping fees are expensive and this is because of the covid-19 shipping arrangement that has happened, especially for cross country delivery with the significant reduction or complete cancellation of passenger flights in most countries. Our packages are quite bulky and heavy due to our wrapping each book inside the box securely and also wrapping the packaging box to ensure that there is no damage during transit. Working with Flipchap was such a great experience! From the beginning of the process until we received the finished product I was 100% satisfied the entire time! I had a custom order I wanted with my albums and I was emailing with Jason from Flipchap, he was so responsive and quick with his replies. He always answered all of my questions and was so clear with his instructions and made sure he understood my vision I had in mind. The album was made so quick and the shipping came really fast! When I received the albums I was beyond impressed! IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! The cover, the albums, the USB, the colors.... it was all so perfect! Flip Chap Albums exceeded my expectations. I’m a wedding photographer and have always struggled to find an album company that I fell in love with from the back end of putting it together to the final product. I love the quality and ease of creating the pages. The turn around time wasn’t terribly long. I received the book within 2-3 weeks. I will be using them again for sure and highly recommend this company to anyone that needs an album made. Hats off to flipchap!

I'm an artist and I wanted to make a simple book, a collection of my favorite photographs. I ordered a 5'' x 7'' linen hardcover. They sent me a thorough mock-up before the book was made, to make sure everything was correct. Fedex shipping, arrived exactly on the day that was estimated. The book itself is superb quality, perfect! Came inside a matching box. Could not ask for anything more! I will definitely recommend to others and I will definitely order again in the future. Only criticism I can think of is I wish there was an official FlipChap app on the app store. 5 stars!

I designed it through the site, and they printed it and sent it.
The Book is wonderful, with a hardcover and thick pages, and the printed photos are on high quality!
In the package there are also: the custody of the book, rigid and very beautiful, small photos, bookmarks and a small calendar, always with my photos.
It's a little expensive but if you want to give a gift, or have a nice memory of your photos, it's really perfect!
