I had an worst experience using Flipkart, its my first order I order a small study table. And flipkart has dilivery take 1 month to diliver and still today it had been not arrived. If shuch survice is provided continuously I not gona use it again.👎

Very disappointed with Flipkart

Very disappointed with Flipkart. My order was supposed to be delivered on 13th May, then suddenly it got delayed to 15th May. Today when I called customer support, they promised me multiple times that the order would definitely arrive before 11 PM on 15th May, but still nothing was delivered.

The worst part is I was even ready to go personally to the logistics center and pick up my own product, but nobody could help or give proper support. Completely unprofessional service and false promises from the support team.

After this experience, I honestly don’t think I’ll recommend anyone to order from Flipkart again. Very frustrating experience.

Don't waste your money on flipkart..

Don't shop on flipkart... their primary aim is selling product (don't matter defective or wrong item) and earn money. Customer care is giving scripted reply and register complaints. Concerned department just close the complaints raised by customer care by just posting remark issue resolved ( they even take opportunity to speak about issue with customers.) Without any conversation they closes the complaints. Very disappointed with flipkart.

Flipkart's Worst Service

When you buy electronics from Flipkart, they give installation work to "Jeeves" & then you got 'Free Tension' with it.

I ordered ac from Flipkart and abhi tak installation nahi hai. No customer support, no installation details, no answer of your complaint.
One and only answer is "Sir, please wait kar lijie hamari team puri koshish kar rahi hai."
Are bhai kitna wait kare 1 AC installation me, 'Summer End' tak ka wait kare kya!!!
Aur team kya koshish kar rahi hai? Mount Everest pe chadkar Technician dhundhne jaa rahe ho kya!?!
or bol rahe hai ki outsider technician se install karvaya to hum warranty nahi denge. pure dectatorship.
The worst service i have experienced in my life.😡
i humbly request you all to Buy things from your local area shops,
Atleast they send a technician on one call & same day.

Very disappointing experience with the…

Very disappointing experience with the Godrej 1 Ton AC (Order ID: OD337449008985834100). The product I received was defective from day one. During installation, the service team first offered to repair the AC instead of replacing it, and while attempting the repair they further damaged the product. After damaging it, they themselves advised me to return the product.

However, Flipkart rejected my return request stating that the product was damaged, even though the damage was caused by their own installation partner. Extremely poor coordination between Flipkart and the service company, no accountability, and very frustrating customer support experience. Complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this product or service experience to anyone.

I had an utter disappointment from the…

I had an utter disappointment from the customer service team of Flipkart today.
They do not carry basic talking etiquettes with the customer and the delivery agent MR. Omprakash Goswami has the authority to command the customers for cancelling the order if not delivered same day. If a customer has an urgency to get the order delivered given that it's a medical emergency then? Additionally the lady by the name Sonali first triggers an individual and then expects the customer to talk her politely, but if the customer gives her the raste of her own medicine then she gets offended. I personally being a professional do not buy this thing. Mr. SHOBIT is a gentle person there who has really paid attention to my concern and is also working to resolve it. He has heard me patiently, which i really appreciate. THANK YOU SHOBHIT, i hope i have not spelled your name wrong.

Got cheated by Flipkart

Ordered two Samsung S23 devices for overprice for my work purpose. One device didn't turn on at all. When asked, the delivery agent told to keep the device charging for 15 min's and left the place. Flipkart Customer support is too worst. No proper updates. They sounded like they are avoiding to take the return and prolonging and there is no resolution till date.

For the second device, battery back cover came out while phone is little heated after charging after seven days or return window is closed

Later came to know that the seller mythangloryretail is fraud and seems it is Flipkart own merchandise

FraudKart has this new idea of black…

FraudKart has this new idea of black money.
Take Rs 7 on each order as Plat form fee. Inform that item will be delivered in 2 days.
After that, you will receive message "Delivery postponed to next day on request of customer" Fraud Kompany will repeat this until customer cancels order after 6-7 days.
Rs 7 platform fee is eaten by FraudKart.
Millions of orders being handled in same manner by Fraud Kompany.
I finally, uninstalled FraudKart App.

I purchased the phone from Flipkart but I have received the 2nh hand phone given by the flipkart delivery people in 2024 the phone is activated but I purchased the phone in 2026 still my 2 EMI are pending which iam not going to pay cheating done by flipkart please kindly return this product iam raicing a complaint from 4 months but no use.please don't cheat the customer flipkart return my money.

Flipkart has lost it. Flipkart has the worst logistics I have ever seen. No coordination with delivery partners like Ekart. Worst experience. Would never order things from flipchart. If you a ecommerce giant, you not only build a market place and leave it there, You actually make sure the products you are selling actually reach the customer. Worst delivery partners. I regret my choice of choosing flipkart

Seriously

Seriously, Flipkart? This is the level of “technical verification” you provide for laptop exchanges in 2026?

Your technician came to inspect my Dell laptop for exchange. He downloaded a ZIP file from Flipkart’s own website to check the laptop specs. Fine. But instead of extracting the ZIP and properly running the program, he directly tried to run it from inside the compressed file. Obviously, it threw an error — and without even understanding the issue, he instantly rejected my exchange.

When I came back from office and checked it myself, I extracted the ZIP properly and the software ran completely fine without a single issue. I even recreated the exact same error by running it from the unextracted ZIP, which proves the mistake was entirely from your technician’s side.

This is beyond unprofessional. Customers are being penalized because your so-called “tech experts” don’t even know basic computer operations like extracting a ZIP file before running software. In an AI-driven generation where technology is advancing daily, Flipkart’s exchange process is still being handled this carelessly?

Absolutely pathetic service and a complete waste of customer time.

Counterfeits and False Ratings

They sell counterfeit items and then suppress negative reviews to give misleadingly positive ratings to everything.

I ordered my first order, a book set of Thea Stilton 21 to 30, seeing positive reviews of 4.8 on product and 4.2 on store. But the recieved items is a BLATANT counterfeit of official books, thin pages, low DPI, bad quality, missing copyright sections about reprinting, missing printing house, and just really bad quality pages and prints. Even the text is blurry.

I have genuine books from the series to tell what is authorised and what is a copy. But this is just blatantly bad. And it has 4.8 ratings. I contacted customer service twice just to tell them to take responsibility for false advertisement and listing, but they just say they won't refund anything because it's non-refundable item (as if anything on Flipkart is refundable). Of course scammers don't want to refund scammed money. I gave them a review titled counterfeit but they aren't willing to publish it.

Genuinely evil and currupt company.

Very bad experience. My order was expected to be delivered at may 11. Now its showing sorry for the delay, your order will be delivered at 15th May. I very much disappointed for the service.

don't use Flipkart online shopping. you will get worse support for your issue.

I have purchased laptop and I got invalid warrenty and refurbished laptop by seller. when I asked flipkart to return laptop they are asking proof. I gave the proof via mail but flipkart asking me to visit service centre. Why I should go to service centre? where I order 4 days back and replacement still valid. why flipkart doesn't approve for replacement. so don't use Flipkart for shopping.
