Very disappointing experience with the Godrej 1 Ton AC (Order ID: OD337449008985834100). The product I received was defective from day one. During installation, the service team first offered to repair the AC instead of replacing it, and while attempting the repair they further damaged the product. After damaging it, they themselves advised me to return the product.
However, Flipkart rejected my return request stating that the product was damaged, even though the damage was caused by their own installation partner. Extremely poor coordination between Flipkart and the service company, no accountability, and very frustrating customer support experience. Complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this product or service experience to anyone.

They do not carry basic talking etiquettes with the customer and the delivery agent MR. Omprakash Goswami has the authority to command the customers for cancelling the order if not delivered same day. If a customer has an urgency to get the order delivered given that it's a medical emergency then? Additionally the lady by the name Sonali first triggers an individual and then expects the customer to talk her politely, but if the customer gives her the raste of her own medicine then she gets offended. I personally being a professional do not buy this thing. Mr. SHOBIT is a gentle person there who has really paid attention to my concern and is also working to resolve it. Got cheated by Flipkart
Ordered two Samsung S23 devices for overprice for my work purpose. One device didn't turn on at all. When asked, the delivery agent told to keep the device charging for 15 min's and left the place. Flipkart Customer support is too worst. No proper updates. They sounded like they are avoiding to take the return and prolonging and there is no resolution till date.
For the second device, battery back cover came out while phone is little heated after charging after seven days or return window is closed
Later came to know that the seller mythangloryretail is fraud and seems it is Flipkart own merchandise

Millions of orders being handled in same manner by Fraud Kompany.

Seriously, Flipkart? This is the level of “technical verification” you provide for laptop exchanges in 2026?
Your technician came to inspect my Dell laptop for exchange. He downloaded a ZIP file from Flipkart’s own website to check the laptop specs. Fine. But instead of extracting the ZIP and properly running the program, he directly tried to run it from inside the compressed file. Obviously, it threw an error — and without even understanding the issue, he instantly rejected my exchange.
When I came back from office and checked it myself, I extracted the ZIP properly and the software ran completely fine without a single issue. I even recreated the exact same error by running it from the unextracted ZIP, which proves the mistake was entirely from your technician’s side.
This is beyond unprofessional. Customers are being penalized because your so-called “tech experts” don’t even know basic computer operations like extracting a ZIP file before running software. In an AI-driven generation where technology is advancing daily, Flipkart’s exchange process is still being handled this carelessly?
Absolutely pathetic service and a complete waste of customer time.

Counterfeits and False Ratings
They sell counterfeit items and then suppress negative reviews to give misleadingly positive ratings to everything.
I ordered my first order, a book set of Thea Stilton 21 to 30, seeing positive reviews of 4.8 on product and 4.2 on store. But the recieved items is a BLATANT counterfeit of official books, thin pages, low DPI, bad quality, missing copyright sections about reprinting, missing printing house, and just really bad quality pages and prints. Even the text is blurry.
I have genuine books from the series to tell what is authorised and what is a copy. But this is just blatantly bad. And it has 4.8 ratings. I contacted customer service twice just to tell them to take responsibility for false advertisement and listing, but they just say they won't refund anything because it's non-refundable item (as if anything on Flipkart is refundable). Of course scammers don't want to refund scammed money. I gave them a review titled counterfeit but they aren't willing to publish it.

Flipkart is doing a huge fraud in the name of sales. Yesterday evening, I ordered 2 phones and made the full online payment, but after a few hours, both orders were cancelled and my money was blocked.
Still, this morning I again ordered an iPhone 17 and the payment was debited successfully, but once again the order was cancelled and my payment got blocked. In total, they have now blocked around ₹1.65 lakh of my money.
Secondly, if they do not want to sell phones during the sale, then they should not display them at all. This is the first time I have seen such a big fraud on an official shopping platform.
I would request everyone not to fall into these fake sale traps. It seems like just a way to block customers’ payments unnecessarily.

I ordered an analog watch for an important event and selected SAME-DAY DELIVERY because timing was critical. However, the order was delayed and the status falsely showed that the delivery was “rescheduled/requested by customer,” even though I never requested any rescheduling.
When I contacted customer support, I repeatedly received scripted responses such as “wait 24 hours” and “it depends on the driver.” Even escalation handling was poor and frustrating.
The biggest issue was not only the delay, but the misleading status update and lack of accountability. Customers should not have to plan important events around delivery uncertainty after choosing SAME-DAY DELIVERY.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flipkart. I purchased an AC on 18th April 2026, and today is 4th May—yet the installation has still not been completed.
I have contacted customer care multiple times, but every time they just extend the timeline by 1–2 more days without any proper resolution. There is no accountability or urgency from their side.
Out of frustration, I requested a return for the product, but shockingly, they refused and said there is no such policy. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the service has been so poor.
This has been a very frustrating and stressful experience. I strongly suggest that no one should purchase electronic items from Flipkart. Their policies are very poor, and customer support is highly unreliable.
