Honestly flippa has a lot of fake businesses, listings that’s been out of business for a while and sellers who’s truly not ready to sell their business . It’s been a waist of time of doing due diligence, getting to the finish line and then sellers going ghost this site should be for serious seller or they should be fined for waisting time. True buyers waist time and money spending time talking doing due diligence paying for attorneys and etc just to do all of that to realize a seller got cold feet

Site fails to ensure buyers are serious. Not a good site for sellers. After dispute taking days, the site somehow comes to a natural decision ensuring buyers can continue to scam sellers.

Exited a fully organic ecommerce brand with Lazlo Cocheba on Flippa.
Absolutely fantastic experience, he found the buyer in a fairly short time and made sure to negotiate all terms in the contracts with my buyer as much in my favor as it gets.
Something worth mentioning is that they have lowest success fee I could find across multiple brokers.
Very good communication and professionalism, literally nothing bad to say.
