I ordered a £975 sump and pump which includes £38 for next day delivery. The item was showing as in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.
I ordered on Wednesday evening so was expecting it to arrive on Friday. I booked the builder for the weekend to install it happy that it would arrive long before the builder. By Friday I had received no tracking information or even a dispatch notification so I emailed. Apparently they didn't send it and after explaining my problem to them about the builder they said they could do Saturday delivery but it would cost me an extra £24. So I have to pay for their mistakes!
Shocking company and won't be giving them any more of my business.

Our experience with Flood Protection Solutions has been disappointing and disruptive to our business operations. We placed an order (Ref. #3371) for flood barriers, and what followed was a series of conflicting updates and missed delivery commitments.

Over several days, we were informed that:

A delivery had been attempted but failed due to the wrong vehicle being used;

The order was “on its way within the hour” — but it did not arrive;

The depot had “forgotten” to send it out;

And finally, that it would arrive between 14:00–16:00 — but again, it did not.

These repeated issues caused inconvenience not only to our team but also to our end client, who waited in on multiple occasions and made repeated calls to report the delays.

Communication became inconsistent and, at times, confusing. In some instances, messages appeared to come from different staff members, which added to the uncertainty. Later, the company stopped taking calls or live chat messages, directing all communication through email only — far from ideal when installations are time-sensitive and customers are waiting.

Overall, the level of service fell well below what would be expected of a professional supplier. Businesses relying on timely delivery and clear communication may wish to exercise caution before placing an order.
