We ordered from Flooring Fitness recently and didn't receive an email confirmation, by the following morning I started to get worried and checked for the reviews which unsettled me even more so I contacted them via FB. They replied quickly to say they are going through orders and would be in contact soon. A couple of days later they were in contact and arranged delivery. From order to delivery it was around 5 days, delivery was really quick. Husband is happy with the quality of the flooring (used for gym/heavy weights). If you don't receive the confirmation straight away don't be alarmed. This is something they could probably improve on hence 4 stars instead of 5.

i used the site this year to purchase gym floor tiles for the studio. I admit to phoning for assistance and could not have been happier with the help and advice that i received from Jason. the samples came, no trouble, the floor arrived in with 2 days delay ( Covid19 everything delays, 2 days was not too much) and i saved 30% from buying from any other floor shop or gym equipment seller.

These Mats are great, solid, heavy and do what they are supposed to do, protect your floor! The weight of them means they don't slide around.

It's worth spending the extra money to buy proper mats such as these instead of cheaper alternatives. Will be ordering more when I properly set up my gym.

My delivery date was missed and after researching the company a little more discovered the below reviews and i began to worry. However, after a little digging found the owner of Marcias on social media and got in touch. He replied straight away and couldn't apologies enough and acknowledged the communication hadn't been good. Their offices are shut due to COVID which is why calls don't get answered. A member of staff got in touch and confirmed delivery which i received two days later. My understanding is they have only recently taken over the running of this business so i would take this into account when looking through past negative reviews. My experience of the company wasn't great initially but they have worked hard and delivered what they said they would so i cant ask for more than that. I'm hoping to but more flooring from them in the future.

Awful customer service....say they will deliver and they don't. I'm putting in a chargeback as they are a scam company. Ordered on the 29th April and just told lies about the flooring....now 14th May and nothing. They trade under different website names but the company is Marcias LTD and they have only just registered this February 2020.

Final Update: Delivery arrived on Monday as promised. Really pleased with the product. Heavy and hard wearing. Nicely finished. Pretty easy to trim and fit. Looks great.

One word of warning. I didn't order enough. Now i need to get 3 more! Be cautious - those little extra corners take more than you think.

Update: - soon after posting this review i received a phone call saying the goods would be dispatched tomorrow and received on Monday. I will update again on Monday, hopefully after I've opened the package.

Scam. Took payment a week ago then heard nothing more. Phone never connects - emails don't get answered.

I placed an order and payment on 1st March. No contact from them, i have rang the customer support number but it never connects! 😡

This website is a scam. They work under The names FlooringFitness, Floor4gym, Balcan flooring and cici flooring. They are not situated in London, or anywhere in Britain, as they say they are and the phone number doesn’t work. Also never reply to emails. Will take your money and you’ll never receive any products.
