Really good experience with this company. The panels are beautiful quality, and easy to install. They arrived very well packaged. We had some slight issues with delivery but Floors to Walls were brilliant in helping get it all sorted. Thank you.

Purchased the 1.2m white marble panels from floorstowalls and had no issues at all. Reading the reviews after ordering made me question if I'd made a mistake but can honestly say I'm impressed! The quality of the wall panels are better than I've used previously and everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The items arrived well packaged and we're easy to work with.

They never like to hear of quality issues so they just don’t listen. Called and spoke with someone that asked me to email in my concerns along with pictures of the poor quality items. Sent as requested and was ignored. After 3 emails and a couple of months I appealed to Amazon and was refunded but these cowboys didn’t want to know.

Your claims in the reply are simply not true, I’ve been upfront about the quality issue with both you and Amazon and gave plenty of time to resolve, which you ignored. An average score of 3 speaks for its self. Business must be good if you’re clutching onto £50 and making things up to justify not issuing a refund 🤡

Ordered 2 panels. No tracking or delivery date given. Called and they couldn't find the order.!!They called back and said they have changed couriers and the delivery will be Monday. Asked why no email or mesage confirming this. Answer "dont know"Still couldnt supply tracking number ot time of delivery evenvthough it is 'on the way'

I ordered 3 x wall panel packs all meant to be the same, after putting up one pack i started with the next and it was a completely different colour, I couldn't remove the first pack without damaging the wall, after ordering another pack, it was a different colour to all of them and had a completely different design!! After speaking to the gentleman who clearly owns the business, I was expecting a refund at least for the first packs that were clearly faulty- he proceeded to gaslight me on the phone to the point where I couldn't actually believe I was talking to an established company!! He then tells me he's just a man with a van, and after telling me the pack was clearly faulty, and that I should have known - he then goes on to tell me it isn't faulty and i could be making things up, even though i've sent him pictures!! Absolutely terrible customer service and not a trustworthy business - I believe after reading other reviews that this man is a scam artist.... there is plenty of other legit companies online selling wall panels... AVOID THIS ONE!!!!

Ordered from Floors to Walls last month, I wasn't sure on which panel I liked for my bathroom so got some samples. Their customer service team was fantastic with helping me decide on what would be best and could not fault them.

Overall, Ordered some concrete effect panels and they look stunning! They were really easy to install and I couldn't be happier!

I visited Floorstowalls to purchase some laminate flooring for my bedroom. I was served by the sales manager Carl. Carl spent a great deal of time with me, to ensure that my floor measurements were correct, and the correct amount of flooring was ordered. Carl's was knowledgeable about the products they sell and was able to answer all of my question. Carl made me feel like a VIP customer. Despite my many questions Carl very patient with me, and answered all of my questions with expertise and confidence.
My delivery arrived as expected without any issues

Got the slat wall panels ordered from them for a flat, called to check about delivery they said they couldn't confirm . Waited for a few days on 12th cancelled after they said it was in their warehouse so we cancelled telephonically then even sent an email. Two days later an email comes saying delivered. their order confirmation says you will get updates about delivery nothing came , we cancelled and yet they are saying delivered and we didn't receive it, We called them well ahead in time they said it had already left the warehouse... hello then why didn't you tell the courier to bring it back to your warehouse. Now they say it's delivered there is no one in the flat to receive it we dont want it , calling messaging no response and a refund of £479 still awaited.

Do not buy from this company they will stop attending your calls.

Ordered 7 packs of wall panels. No complaints, delivery was quick and panels were extremely well packaged. We forgot to order the corner and end trims, once again the order was dispatched and delivered quickly. My husband said the panels were easy to work with and much quicker than tiling. They look fantastic in our bathroom. Thank you.

I paid for wall panelling and waited and waited and waited some more their website stated it had been dispatched. I eventually phoned them to establish when to expect my panelling only to be told they do not deliver to N Ireland. I'm totally disgusted as its now held up my bathroom renovations. I can't see any clear guidance re non delivery to N Ireland. Shameful at its best.

Do not use the item was left insecure and stolen .. it’s the fact that they didn’t care and there customer service is awful .. save yourself some stress and use a different company

Worst company to deal with customer service is rotten , if you change your mind within 14 days they try and force you to pay and arrange for a courier to collect , they try charging you a re stocking fee which as per citizens advise they cannot do this PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY AND THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND DO NOT CARE

I ordered 10 panels, trim and accessories all came within 2 days, but I forgot to order an extra length of clad seal £12+ delivery £12+ took a full week to come, not very happy as delayed my job but got there in the end. Like someone said there plastic?? PVC they tell you its PVC, they are light, flexible, easy to cut, install and it was my first time, once they are up against the wall they are solid and look great. I have just transformed my shower and would highly recommend these panels, no more tiling for me I have been converted.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. DO NOT USE. I ordered panels and first of all the delivery company said they attempted to deliver each time but did not attempt to come to the door. 3rd time my neighbour brought them up. When my tradesmen opened the boxes they were shocked, every panel had been damaged and was not usable without a significant number of joins, which would make the panels look really bad. I had to still pay some money to the trades as they had slotted me in for 3 days therefore I was already out of pocket. I was also on a tight timeline as I had to go abroad for work. I contacted Floors to Walls and had repeatedly told them that i was not in the country but they ignored what I said and decided to send a courier company to collect the panels. Needless to say no one was home. I asked them to send replacements to my parents. This has not happened nor a refund even though the pictures clearly show the damage that has happened to the panels. I now will need to go through my credit card company to get a refund as I have said to Walls to panels they can collect once I am back in the country. Please do not use, I saved for a long time to get my bathroom done and now I am at the start but out of pocket. There are wall panel companies that are much better and have a better level of customer care. I also need to note that i am not one to leave bad reviews but this situation has left me upset and Walls to Floors do not listen to what you are telling them nor do they care.

Decided to replace some panels in the bathroom but I was unsure on the type and colour that would best suit my needs. After speaking with Adam, he gave me great advice on the product I needed and delivered in a timely manner. The products were good an I would definitely order again from this company.

We ordered our wall panels from the website, which were quite expensive. I had previously called the company to make sure they were what we were looking for, considering the price. They told me they were exactly what we needed. However, they use a delivery company that does not care at all. We received the products damaged and the wall panels were cheap plastic material. They are not worth the amount of money you pay for them. My joiner was shocked when they opened it. These panels are made of plastic, cheap and very fragile. They are not multilayers. We asked for a refund and for them to come and collect the items since damaged and useless. They rescheduled a collection with the same delivery company, we were asked to book a date for collection, asking for us to be home the whole day. There were not a lot of slots available, so we picked Friday and moved around all our work appointments. The delivery company never came, nor contacted us. We had to wait the whole weekend with the very large items indoors. They were able to come and collect the items on the following Monday, but never replied to my emails. We are now waiting for a full refund, which Adam told me he will issue once the items are back to him. I hope this is true and I do not have to leave an update or another review about it. Horrible experience, I will never again buy from them. I would also suggest the company changing their delivery company.
