If I could put less than one star I would. I waited weeks for my package to arrive, even though I paid for expedited shipping. I was so happy when my package finally arrived today and it’s not my bras it’s a pair of generic jeans that are absolute trash material. I’m absolutely furious. I’m waiting to hear back from the customer service team to get a refund hopefully they’ll refund me soon. But this company is definitely very misleading with their products! I will never buy anything from them again and I will be telling everyone that they are not trustworthy and to never purchase their products.

Just ordered what was a beautiful looking bra from an advert on facebook choose my bra size etc and then entered my payment details then took me to an additional order page to order extra bras with a discount clicked on bottom of page "I am not interested in this" but nothing happened clicked again just incase i missed but nothing so i clicked the X in top corner to come out altogether but i then received 2 charges on my bank account of £13.38 for the bra i wanted and then £64.72 for whatever i don't know.

Scam. Orders one bra. Paid $200
I ordered a single bra. The price was $19.99. my card was charged three times. Once for $25.49, once for $144 and once for $17. All within seconds. When I received order confirmation there was no information on what was ordered or what was charged. Just we have your order and we're getting it ready. Do not purchase. I will now have to change my banking info as this company is clearly fraudulent. You can't just charge people whatever you feel like.

Same thing happened to me I was charged multiple times and I just had to put in a claim with my bank:( I am so upset and I feel used and gross! Such a SCAM! I cant wear bras because of my PCOS and I was looking for a miracle :( and to be scammed like this hurts my heart :( this company got my hopes up and crushed it. Unbelievably Shady
I started an order and put in my PayPal information, but then changed my mind and closed out of the page without completing the order. They charged me and pushed the order through anyway, as well as signing me up for their VIP subscription that I did not want or agree to.
I emailed customer service to cancel, and they kept offering discounts for me to keep the order. Eventually, they offered a $20 refund off of the two bras as well as canceling the membership. I agreed to that because honestly I was tired of arguing with them to cancel and $10 for two bras is cheap.
I still haven't received the bras, but I did get a refund...of $7.49. Less than half of what I was told.
The whole thing has been super shady and a massive pain.

Beware of extra payments
Received the product in a short time. However sizing was not comparable as all it does is push everything from the sides to the centre which looks unnatural. After the initial payment, they tried to take another payment just minutes after for almost 5x what the cost of the original bra was. Fortunately my bank caught it and didn’t allow it to go through. I didn’t order anything other than the one purchase. Be careful as once they get your information they try to put more payments through. I now have to change all my banking information as they have tried multiple times to take more payments.

This bra is perfect if your goal is to squeeze in the sides so your boobs look like a triangle with 2 flat sides 😂 under clothing … Not for bigger busts and I’m not that big however if your boobs are fake probably would work better. Not true to size
I ordered a 36D took forever to get here when it finally did. The band size was good with the cup size does not even fit my daughter who is a B cup it was still way too small for her.

It’s rare to find a bra that looks this good and actually performs. The rose back is a dream, but it’s the lift that really impressed me. The fit hugs just right—no pinching or gapping. I have a fuller bust and it still feels super supportive. The band stays flat and doesn’t ride up. Straps are soft and adjustable. I contacted customer service with a question and they replied same day!

I wasn't sure how supportive it would be because it's so pretty, but wow it holds up so well! The band fits just right, and I can wear it all day without needing to adjust it. My favorite part is the rose detail on the back—super elegant but not itchy at all. Definitely buying a second color soon.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. their website has so many glitches that I accidently ended up ordering 3 bras I will never fit into. When I contacted them for a return, they offered me 30% back on my $150 USD order. Then continued to inform me that they do not provide a return shipping label. No free returns which I did not see on their website anywhere. Do not buy from here. Every add I see on my socials about them I will be posting about the very poor return policy. Another scam out of China.

PayPal scam. Automatic subscription for nothing
Absolutely terrible. I ordered the bra last July.
They have been deducting money monthly from my PayPal account.
I have other subscriptions for entertainment apps that I had thought the regular PayPal email was about that’s why I missed it.
I did not click on or tick any boxes for a subscription with Floral secrets, but their customer service have said it was for subscription.
I have not received anything from them in the whole year they have taken my money except my one and only purchase last July.
Complete rip off and scam.
I have reported them to PayPal.

I’m happy to report that Floral Secrets have reviewed my account have agreed to refund 6 months of the subscription.
