Staff are always there to help you when you need help, be it through telephone or live online Chart. Instant payment after you finish work and sign out makes life a bit easier when you need money instantly, highly recommended.

The app is straightforward.
Although I been asked to do more training, so I will be getting access to more shifts. I done what I was asked but not get access to more shifts and the one available were paid less. The ASAP shifts were paid better now they are paid the same rate and there is no better payment for the weekends either, nor for bank Holidays.
We are getting paid less and the demands are too high. We are underpaid and underappreciated.

Hi Esra, thank you for your review. Care homes and NHS trusts set their own rates for shifts on Florence. Because of this, our rates are variable and change depending on where the care home or trust is based, and the skills they need.
