I have been ordering goods from this…

I have been ordering goods from this company for a long time & have always had great service. However, in receipt of a recent order the box containing my order was torn & open on delivery with some pieces missing. I got in contact with FSUK & spoke to Holly & informed her of the details including pictures of the damage. Holly was most helpful & quickly understood the problem which she resolved in a professional & timely manner. I am reassured by her response & am happy to continue to deal with FSUK.

My order did not arrive on time

Refusing to refund

My order did not arrive on time. The timeline showed that the item was not in transit so I cancelled the order.
I received an email saying that the parcel was in transit and that I should return it.
The parcel arrived and I returned it via the post office.
The company have ignored all my emails asking for a refund despite providing evidence that the parcel was returned.

Very poor customer service, good at taking your money poor on customer relations.
Do I bother suing them for £16??

Wrongly penalised despite mislabelled, misleading and misrepresented product

A wrongly labelled item, or a wrong item was sent to me. Yet this company could not be bothered to rectify it but are rather more fascinated with deducting 10% off a wrong order than addressing a customer’s complaints. I have bought hundreds of bunches of lilac flower bushes and as a florist with 16 years experience, I have also spent over £30,000 with this company (I believe it was under another management as the lovely gentleman I used to deal with is now replaced by some rather unprofessional ones). These staffs lack basic customer service skills. Emails are ignored, they talk over you and they are rude. It is not a test of intelligence to know when you are given a wrong colour! I mean you cannot pass off orange as red or pink as purple. There are several comparable floral products that can be used as a reference for them to see that there is clearly an error.

It is clearly an attempt to misrepresent and thereafter penalise the buyer with 10% deduction. It is shocking why a company would choose to do that. So, kindly deal with the company with utmost caution. I can 100% evidence that the colour is mislabelled, misleading and misrepresented. I would not want to be penalised for what is clearly an error either on their part or their supply chain. Sadly, this is coming from a customer who has patronised them for over 10 years. The previous staffs were cordial and professional, always willing to help. These ones are just out for your money. I will no longer buy from this company. Goodbye

Put in an order 2x my mistake

Put in an order 2x my mistake, sent an email by the time I phoned they rectified my mistake. A rare occurance again these days. Excellent service, ordered yesterday, delivered today. Order over a £100 Free delivery. I will use this company any day

Excellent Service from start to finish!

Excellent Service from start to finish!
Been using florist supplies for a few years now and they have never failed us! I tend to order last minute requesting a speedy delivery and they have always managed to get my order out in time and they are always available at a drop of a email.
Thanks guys, just wanted to leave my feedback as iv definitely always had the best service whenever iv ordered 👍😊

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, have ordered from they in November and still not received the parcel, after I contact them just saying the driver tried to deliver 5 times and nobody was at home, strange,when they even not contacted me at all to inform me, after contacted them again said when they will get the parcel back to them as it was still with TNT driver they will contact me to take re-delivery payment, and it's already 3 months and nothing back. Very disappointed
