Over 2 months for a RMA of a smartphone and I didn't receive it yet.
They said they repaired it but If i want it back I have to pay 50 $! Otherwise they will keep your phone. Plus, after i paid for having my smartphone back after telling me lots of lies by e-mail now they are not answering me anymore.

At this point I don't even know If I'll will have back my phone. Never again this company.

I have purchased 5 phones off Flosmall and been very happy with each one. They arrive as advertised and in less than a week. The only problem I had was with the tracking, but that was the courier's site, not them.
My latest purchase was a Mi Mix 2 6gb/256gb. When i bought it, you could only get the Chinese version. I asked them after it arrived to let me know when the Global ROM was out. They just emailed me the link to the download and the procedure for flashing the phone!

Fabulous company, at least in the ordering process!

I had made a mistake in the order (wrong item ordered: Honor v9 for the Honor 9), but the company's sales assistants managed to solve the issue quickly and efficently.

I am now waiting on the item, which should arrive soon! I have no doubt though that my experience will be very positive with this store!!

Ordered a Mi Mix 6GB/256GB version and had it delivered within a week.

There were some issues with the phone, but after some discussions Flosmall took care of it professionally.

I bought a Remid 4x for about 120$ from flosmall.com. Sadly I had to pay Customs fees which were equal to about 37$. I was happy that I orderd the Customs Insurance so I went ahed and send the bill I got from the Postoffice to the flosmall support. They were very nice and very quick.
In 3 days I had my money back! They also send me screen protection with my phone. Glad I orderd from flosmall.

I've ordered a special glass for my Huawei P8. It came fast, well packed, and tracking code worked perfectly. Huge recommendation for this website and thumbs up.

Bought a XIAOMI Mi MAX and couldn't be more satisfied. Phone is as expected, no issues with customs. Asked support about some questions and they replied immediately, via email and via support chat.

I bought Xiaomi mi mix (6/256) from them. They ship as promised in 3 days. Communication was perfect. I paid insurance (6 euro) for the custom taxes and they refund 94.4 euro in less than 24 hours.

After having heard and read good reviews about this shop, I decided to give it a try and I've ordered a Xiaomi Mi5s 128gb black/gray coloured. A phone not so easy to find on stock because of its popularity and not on sale in Australia nor Europe or US. All the pieces of information were clearly stated on their website and / or provided via chat in timely manner.
The shipment was on time (4 days including the weekend) (an extra service provided by DHL express) and I had received continuous updates on the status of the order.
They have also pasted a tempered glass to protect the screen, on my request. They did the job so well that I was even wondering if it was applied when I opened the box.

This is an amazing way to buy Asian phones without having trouble with the custom duties.
There are options for you to have a Chinese phone without the hassle, like an option which makes the company install your country's language on the phone so you can use it out of the box. They include a adaptor piece to put between the socket and your chinese charger.
The meizu pro 6 that I bought using this site didn't come with earbuds while there was place included for them in this package which makes me think they took it out.
Customer support mailed me back the next day, but if I had send them before their shift ended, I'm sure they would have replied instantly.
I had no problems with customs, I went for the option to get customs warranty so they pay your customs charges back, but as luck would have it I didn't need it this time.
Delivery was super fast because they only use fast shipping companies (you have to pay extra for them though).
I used a code to get a 25$ discount and bought the meizu pro 6 while it was discounted a bit. So the price was too bad, you have to watch and compare because sometimes they tend to overprice the phones, especially if you include shipping costs.
The phone's case was slightly scratched, but they sent it in a separate box that was pretty secure.
There is a possibility that they don't have phones which they state are in stock, just ask customer support if they have any left because otherwise you might have paid and you won't receive anything until after a restock (this didn't happen to me, but ai just warn you, they state that there is a 5% chance of that happening which is high enough for me to include it)
When buying chinese phones always check the bandwidths on which they can receive signal, and compare them to your own telecom company (goes without saying)

Xiaomi mi4c who was delivered to me is not for europe,don't work in 4G in EU,is made for China market,and was send to me from Flosmall...! from EU WAREHOUSE...Flosmall...!

Speed and professional. Just one thing, international rom have a lot of chinese writing, I need to uninstall.
A good service will be play store instead that rom.
