Very disappointed
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and extremely delayed shipping. Wasted a ton of money on my order that did not arrive. Website errors also made for a difficult process. I would not put your trust or your money in this company if you need your order to arrive on time.

I ordered 16 roses, they were delivered on time, and my wife liked them, but she was only sent 9, they do not return calls, their "contact us" option on site is broken. and i feel that i have been robbed.
Gorgeous
I got these for a friend for valentines day. They were delivered a day early and the person i sent them to loved them, they said they're the most gorgeous flowers they've ever received.
I also had to message the company a little after placing my order for an address change and they got back to me quick and handled everything perfectly.
First time ordering from them
First time ordering from them. Not only was order 2 days late, the flowers were wilted and only lasted 3 days before dieing. I ordered 2 dozen and only received 19, guess they can't count. Received on Saturday I emailed on Monday and to my surprise was told complaints were only excepted 24hrs no refund for 48hrs. I didn't want refund I wanted pretty flowers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

The flowers arrived a day ahead of time which was actually perfect and your service went above and beyond anything I could have expected I ordered 24 and there was extra in there I guess in case any died during shipping and that was so appreciated I never thought of that and everybody that saw them absolutely loved them and said that they were the coolest thing they'd ever seen for flowers so I definitely will have business coming your way. They were for my daughter for her birthday and she started to cry and said they were the best present she's ever received. I also wanted to add that I ordered the glow in the dark roses they were amazing.

I had made a large purchase before checking in at Trustpilot, so was immediately concerned. I emailed customer service and said I really hope I don't have an issue because I paid a lot of money and just read the reviews. They responded immediately and assured me, I would have a wonderful experience. I throw a lot of parties and I can tell you these are the BEST AND MOST UNIQUE GORGEOUS flowers I have ever purchased. The price was amazing for the level of artistry! I ordered 36 Galaxy roses, 36 glitter rainbow, and 40 stems of the blue Dendrobium. They all arrived ON TIME via Fedex, so carefully packaged. Customer service was a dream. We had a space themed party and all my friends could talk about were the flowers and how cool, unique they are. Quick tip on the glitter or dyed flowers to use gloves and prepare over a plastic bag or outdoors to avoid getting glitter everywhere, but once in place, stunning, sparkling, dazzling! The 40 stem blue dendrobium had SO MANY blooms.. each stem had it's own water cap and it was enough flowers for arrangements in 3 rooms. It has been over a week since delivery and ALL FLOWERS are still alive. The roses bloomed out very large, incredibly STUNNING, and with proper care, the dendrobium also last a long time. (I left photo reviews on the website) I HIGHLY recommend this service. I have a feeling some of these 1 stars are from competitor. There is no way based on my experience any of what has been said is true. A+ and I will order again for all of my events. Nowhere else can you get such unique creations. Thank you!
not all flowers were sent
I ordered 70 Lilies, but they sent me only 50 a day earlier than needed. I waited another day, thinking that 20 more would come, but they did not. And besides, the site refused to refund money for 20 flowers that they did not send. Terrible work, don't buy here if you value your money
False Description - NOT PURE WHITE & NOT JUMBO
I ordered 30 Jumbo Pure White Hydrangea from Flower Explosion, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with what I received. The flowers were not up to the quality, size, or color that was advertised. They arrived looking lopsided, with a yellowish-white hue, and were nowhere near the jumbo size I expected. In fact, they were more akin to regular hydrangeas.
Upon reaching out to Flower Explosion about my concerns, I did receive an immediate response, which I appreciated. However, despite their quick customer service, the issue remained unresolved. I had to supplement my order with hydrangeas from Costco and even silk ones to make up for the shortfall in quality and size.
The main reason for my disappointment is that Flower Explosion marketed these hydrangeas as jumbo pure white, which was not at all what I received. They were not the quality I expected based on their website's description and photos.
In the end, the hydrangeas I bought from Costco exceeded my expectations—they were truly pure white and significantly larger than what Flower Explosion provided. Plus, they cost me far less than what I paid Flower Explosion.
Overall, while Flower Explosion's customer service was prompt, the product did not live up to expectations. For anyone considering ordering from them, I would advise caution and possibly exploring other options for your floral needs.
NIGHTMARE
I am writing implore you to RUN from Flower Explosion, an online florist company, due to their discriminatory and deceptive business practices. My experience with Flower Explosion has been nothing short of a nightmare, culminating in the ruin of my wedding day due to their gross incompetence and apparent retaliatory actions.
Over a period of five days, I attempted to contact Flower Explosion a staggering 143 times via phone, email, and voicemail. Each attempt was met with complete silence, reflecting an egregious level of customer service negligence. When I finally managed to reach an agent through their text function, I was subjected to further disregard as I waited for hours for a response regarding issues with my order.
The culmination of this ordeal was the abrupt cancellation of my order. This cancellation came with only a partial refund and appeared to be a retaliatory action due to my frustration over their lack of response. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects a deeply troubling practice of punishing customers for seeking basic service.
Moreover, the customer service representative identified as “Andrea” was particularly abusive and inept in handling my issue. Her involvement was marked by a lack of empathy, unhelpfulness, and outright hostility. Andrea’s behavior directly contributed to the destruction of my wedding day, for which there was no discernible reason other than her apparent vindictiveness.
No customer should endure such a harrowing experience, especially during significant life events such as a wedding.
Beware
Beware! This was my first time using Flower Explosion and it will be my last! They shorted my order and sent me the wrong filler and half what I ordered. There were also many damaged stems- I ordered sunflowers and many arrived with the flower heads broken off of the stem. I also ordered 75 stems and they only sent 60! So if you order from them make sure you count your stems! I reached out to customer service and they were snippy and relatively unhelpful. Be aware that if they have to make a filler substitution they may send you random colored flowers rather than substituting greenery for greenery. I’m beside myself- I’m short on flowers and have an ugly bright yellow filler that clashes with the yellow of my sunflowers two days before my event. I’d give negative stars if I could.
Do not buy anything from this company
Do not buy anything from this company, they do not stand behind the customer, no customer service. Ordered Easter Roses supposed to be delivered 03/29/2024 wasn’t delivered until
04/01/2024 customs held the delivery, Fed Ex called me , Flower Explosions tried to say it was weather delayed and that was beyond their control, only after they found out I threw the delivery away did they say I could have taken pictures of the flowers and the shipping label and the could have possibly exchanged the product. I told them I’ve three 84.00 dollars away before and would probably throw that away again, but I promised them not with their company, sorry company, sorry customer service. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Disappointed and dissatisfied.
